Very bad service. You order a shipment 2 week later it stil hasnt been shipped you try reaching out multiple times but no response. They just refund the shipment money for no reason. To this day almost a month later my items are still in their warehouse and the shipping says processing. I would recommend a different service.

I have had many dealing with Jauce and not once have I been disappointed. Communication, pricing, packaging everything has been perfect.

Transparency and trustfull services

They charge ALOT of hidden fees for buying and shipping. First shipment took only 8 days to canada , second shipment i paid for the same 2-8 days. It has been 60 days!! And nothing no answer from jauce they won't even reply. Terrible service and a scam.

Update* still have not recieved me 300$ order from 62 days ago

THEY MAKE PROFITE EVERYWHERE AND PACKAGE IS TERRIBLE THEY DONT CUT SIZE TO MAKE MORE PROFIT

Could find a very specific part for my Japanese robi robot that was hard to find elsewhere or more expensive. Fees are transparent although they accumulate which makes a small purchase expensive.

Pros
Packaging was excellent
Customer support are helpful and responsive
Can request custom orders (not just yahoo auctions or supported stores)
Help pages are very clear about fees and processes

Cons
Shipping processing was very slow
Had to learn about import categories to correctly label the package
Fees are pretty chunky and add up fast

Was slightly apprehensive at first, so just done a small purchase to get the hang of how it worked
Absolutely delighted with everything especially the parts which cannot be got from the usual supplier's.
Will definitely have more dealings

I ordered a rare fragile part from Japan , paid for the best packaging and it was with out doubt one of the best protected items I’ve ever had delivered!

In the time I have used Jauce I have never been disappointed with their customer service and communication regarding items I have won and had delivered. They are my number 1 go to for old and new model kits.

Items individually packed and very well packed..super fast delivery..not the cheapest but hey..not a complaint...

Years ago I found JAUCE to be the perfect solution for me to buy at Yahoo Auctions Japan. I never had negative experiences with JAUCE. The fact that they can store your items so that these can be shipped in one parcel is also perfect. And the packaging itself is always very, very good.

There's 1000+ things to love about Japan, and their merchandising is right up there. I collect merchandise for a niche tv show that ran once on British tv way back in 1989. The British merch is very limited, but Japan ran with it. Jauce is an excellent service for someone like me who would love to be able to fly back and forth to Japan several times a year to go shopping, but who has yet to win the lottery. I've used it several times now and have always been impressed by the care taken with items. The packaging is excellent and I've never had a damaged item - even though these items are 35ish years old.
