I only gave it a 1 Star because it says it's suppose to be 18 inches I took it to jewelry store to get measured and it was 16 inches, which explains why it's shorter than my other 18 inch rope chain! 👎🏾

Didn't have have the product I requested. Picture and the product was not what I received. The necklace was very tiny and short. I ordered 20 inches and received 16 inches. After second time having problems with this product, I wouldn't recommend! Didnt have diamond cut necklace and wasn't 20inch. Very tiny....

Great company communicate with you as well I thought my charm was missing out of my package I emailed the company they responded right away saying your charm is coming in another package.

I bought the 14k Real Yellow Gold Jesus Crucifix Religious Cross Pendant and it's one of the worst purchases I've done in my life. The quality and the look of the cross are so disappointing that I even doubted if it was real solid gold (it should be for the price you're paying), and while checking if it was or not, it got damaged. The cross is so wobbly that it got bended and damaged with my own hands, simply ridiculous.

Then I got in touch with customer service to try to get a refund, or at least part of it, but they said that I couldn´t cause it was damaged. Of course it's damaged and that's why I wanted to send it back, because the quality is so incredibly poor, not even close to what you would expect for that price.

They also told me that the weight of the cross is given and that it's not said to be solid gold anywhere, like you should know now the density of the gold before buying it and like you should be aware of the possibility of the cross not being solid gold for that price cause it's not stated anywhere.

I wouldn't call it a scam cause they're right, they lie nowhere about their poor quality products, but I hope this review helps people to know you're buying GOLD FILLED PRODUCTS and not to fall for their ambiguous advertisements like I did
