I was impressed with the quality of the bracelet and the diamonds! My only issue was I wish it was a 8.5 inch but other then that I love it!

I ordered your 7mm 10 it hold Cuban link n was sent a chain that did not meet the standards of what it should have first off it didn’t say anything about being hollow n it’s not the same as picture secondly it’s not even stamped n the stamps that are on it you can’t even make out what it says I spent over a 1000 dollars I feel like I got got I hope your company reaches out n contacts me because this isn’t cool nor acceptable

Service on my initial purchase and cancellation due to changing my mind was polite, professional, and immediate. I finally decided a couple of weeks later, I could not decide on milimeter width, I purchased 20 inch and 30 inch Figaro chains in different milimeter widths . Before Jawa Jewelers, I was dealing with Palm Beach. Everything was a complete & total nightmare, especially customer service. They still haven't refunded me. I bought a 9mm 28 inch silver rope chain. Its great!! It has the weight that i wanted. Looks very very good . The quality is great 👍 . Super fast shipping. Also I wanted to know about the chain so I had emailed. Very fast to get back to me. Customer service is very good. That's important to me. Thank you 😊

The shipping was swift however the stamp that says 10k is hardly visible at all. So much so that all that can really be made out is the k portion.
