Jawda has the best abayas and the material is the best, I love her design and I am a big customer and I love to purchase every new arrival.

Jawda is amazing! I bought my first hijab and abaya from here and quickly returned to add more to my collection. I live in the USA and the shipping was so fast and convenient! The quality of the styles and materials are great and I can’t wait to get even more items from here. Their customer service is also fantastic. I sent an email to adjust an order and it was responded to promptly and with kindness. I can’t recommend this store enough.

Where do I start?! The first time I saw Jawda was when a sister was wearing their abayas. They looked absolutely beautiful and covering. After a while I was finally able to order my own abayas from them. I was so excited that I accidentally ordered the wrong size. After realizing this I panicked as i couldn’t afford to have to ship it back. I quit my job to stay home with my little ones while my husband worked hard to support us so to be able to buy abayas at this moment was a blessing. Once I realized I had gotten the wrong size I emailed Jawda and Facebook messaged to try to catch the shipment in time. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch the shipment in time. Jawda’s team reached out pretty quickly even with the time difference. They were so kind trying to find a solution as the shipment had already been shipped. I decided instead of having to deal with returning that I’d just purchase a new abaya, (I have a newborn and two toddlers so to return the abaya in the wrong size just sounded like a lot of work for my busy days.. if you are a mom with 3 under the ages of 4 you know lol) Anisah sent me a email back offering to help out, she truly made my day. She was so kind and wanted to do her best to ensure I was a happy customer, she went above and beyond. I have worked in customer service for a long time, in this day and age it is so hard to find good professional customer service but I was blown away by the amazing communication and customer care she and her team have provided. I purchased the Black Tulip abaya and it is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I am waiting on my Black Flower abaya but I am sure it will be amazing as well. I highly recommend this abaya company, they stay true to how modest is supposed to be. In todays times it’s so hard to find good quality abayas that are truly made for the sake of Allah. If you are looking to purchase some abayas and looking for a modest choice that will please Allah I highly recommend Jawda. So I just received my first two abayas from them today and they fit so so well. I ordered another two and I accidentally put the wrong size and address for the order and I emailed customer service and they fixed it right away which I thought was so amazing. Love this brand so much 🤍

Absolutely love shopping here because not only are the clothes made of high quality fabrics that don’t scratch my skin and don’t leave me super hot, but they actually fit me length wise. I’m short! And I don’t always have time to go to a tailor so getting this in the right length even though I am not a size S is really great. I’ve bought 4 abayas from here and I plan to buy more!

Initially bought 1 abaya to try and check out the quality as Jawda ad keeps popping up on my Instagram. I am so glad I did it! The abaya is very well made and good quality. Material is good too. Stitches are neat. I have since bought 2 more abayas at a time when they were having a promotion of free jersey hijabs with every abaya. I love them! Modern design and good quality. Customer service was quick and friendly. I wrote to them as I ordered the wrong size and they were very quick to resolve the issue for me and sent me the right size. Good company with a wide array of design to choose from. Will definitely buy from them again. In Sha Allah. May Allah put barakah in your business. Ameen.

I did have an issue with my order from Jawada and initially didn't hear back from them via an email ticket, however after contacting them on Instagram they immediately jumped on getting the issue resolved and reached back out via email. The issue was resolved with a policy that exceeded my expectations, satisfied my needs, and made me really happy I'd chosen to place an order with them, supporting fellow Muslim sisters. Excellent customer service in wake of their mishap, with a clear apologetic and solution orientated response.

I have been eyeing these abayas for ages, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. They are very modest yet effortlessly stylish, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I got both the black and grey pinstripe abaya, and it is everything. The fabric actually feels like proper blazer material, giving it a polished look. And the pockets are fantastic. If you work, you need this. It is professional, elegant, and completely modest.

I also bought the wrap two-piece abaya in powder blue, so beautiful, graceful, and very modest. It is not too much, but it definitely elevates the look. A matching headscarf would have been cute, but I am not upset because I plan on pairing it with a dark blue hijab or white instead for corpses bride elements. The wrap style is also practical, especially for pregnant women, and I imagine for nursing mothers too!

Their customer service is incredible. I had a small question, and they solved it really quickly. That is how you keep customers happy! Ramadan Mubarak, and I will be buying again. They officially have a loyal customer!

I purchased two abayas from here and loved them so much. I had a small issue and messaged the company and they replied to me so fast with multiple options to solve the issue, which I appreciated so much. I will definitely be buying more outfits from here again🤭.

I thought i had ordered the wrong size so I contacted the company. I recieved a prompt reply. The delivery came within a few days and turned out the size was perfect. Alhamdulillah. Love the fit and everything about the outfit.

Superb quality abayas that are beautiful but well designed, practical and modest. The material of mine is lovely and well worth the price. This is a company you can come back to time and time again to see what new things they’re releasing.

Superb customer service and incredibly fast shipping. This was my first time buying an abaya and Alhamdulillah it was perfect. They're super comfortable and feels great on the skin. I'm a plus size girl (uk size 16-18) who's pretty short too (size 50 is the right length for me) but the smallest was a 52, and it was still perfectly okay, a little longer than I needed but it was still a lovely experience trying their plus sized abaya range! Hope to see more plus sized stuff for Ramadan 2025 ♡
