I love this company! They have helped me create amazing fondant toppers for my grandkids cakes, cupcakes, and cookies!

This company steals designs and refuses to compensate the original artists who are selling them.

I have ordered from JB Cookie Cutters twice and I think that the service is excellent! There was an arrival issue on my first order but upon contacting them it appeared that my order was lost in the mail. They immediately resent my order and it was sent to me quickly. I just received a new order from them on yesterday and it arrived quickly and earlier than I originally expected! They exhibit a level of quality in all of their merchandise and I am always pleased with the products!

I purchased the “swiftie “ stencil and it was exactly as photo displayed. I had some questions and messaged them first and they were quick to respond. Item shipped faster than expected. I would definitely recommend them.

Hi! This is an unorthodox use of your baking product that I wanted to share with you. Your package arrived to my house about 3 hours ago and it has already completed a project on my CAR! This stencil was spray painted to a radiator-like part in my engine bay to cool the Turbo…
Long story short your silicone stencils helped my car look great once installed! This goes in the very top center of the engine bay and will be a big talking piece at car shows I’m sure. Thank you so much!

Shout out to JBcookiecutters! I received my order and accidentally got the wrong character, I emailed them on Saturday and they replied Monday morning first thing! and they shipped the right one out the same day! Told me to keep the other one that was shipped too me and I got the new one on Wednesday! That’s 2days!! Which made it in time for me to do my cake! I’m so highly impressed with this company and I will continue to order my fondant cutters through them!

My order did get lost in the post, I tracked it and it showed as delivered. Once she found out I hadn’t got it. A replacement was sent out and couldn’t be more happier when it arrived.

The cutters were very detailed and made making my design very easy! I would have liked the smaller pieces to have been labeled in some way and for the cutters to come with a printed out image if the completed design in the size of the cutter I ordered.
