Notification of expected delivery was earlier than predicated. Arranging delivery date , easy to follow . Delivery driver phoned prior to delivery with ETA , respected our home , delivered with care .

Great service

Great service. There was a bit of an issue as the guys didn’t have their trolley with them but they went back and got it and went out of their way to deliver. I recommend!

I was kept up to date with e-mails on…

I was kept up to date with e-mails on delivery. Arrived on time. Both members arrived with bed very polite and helpful. Only disappointment was bed has silver studs all round it which do not show up on photos and are not to my taste. They were unable to get bed to lift from front as jamming so has to be lifted from headboard which I have tried and is not easy as you are at side of bed not in centre to lift, finding it very heavy

Jashan and Anmol delivered our mattress…

Jashan and Anmol delivered our mattress within the promised time slot with an additional phone call five minutes before arrival. He needed reminding that we paid for delivery to the bedroom. Then carried it up removing his shoes first. Very happy.

Rapid & Reliable Courier Service

Timely & efficient communications on delivery window. Rapid, on-time, reliable & polite service. The driver carefully carried the package (large wall mirror) into my garage. So why not 5 stars? Afterwards the driver asked me to get my phone. I thought it was for security or maybe PIN validation code. I had to go to other side of house to get the mobile. He then asked me to scan a QR code & write the review there and then. I do understand pressure on drivers to gather reviews and many customers forget later-on, but I did think approach was a bit too directive. Apart from that aspect, Brilliant - thank you!!! My experience with my delivery was…brilliant

My experience with my delivery was smooth and efficient. We had quite a few large items arriving and I was updated about the status of the delivery regularly. The time slot given to me was adhered to and the driver also personally rang to give us a 10 minute warning. All items were then carried in and put into the area they needed to go to in the house. The drivers were also very polite.

Arrived 2 hours later than scheduled. Unable to carry item without help from customer

Arrived 2 hours later than scheduled window. Pleasant men unable to carry the mattress to be delivered. They required assistance from customer who incidentally had a hand injury. The mattress was delivered to the first floor only and they refused to take any further to the intended bedroom. This is despite previously informing the company I lived in a townhouse! The old also mattress had to be brought down the stairs by the customer. Really disappointing service!

We are especially concerned to learn that you were expected to assist despite having a hand injury, and that you then had to move the old mattress yourself. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

No helping delivery men

I have received a phone call before the delivery asking if I am gonna be at home and to confirm the address. I asked if there was 2 guys so they can leave the parcel up stairs, he said yes not problem they will take the parcel wherever you like.
The parcel arrived today and I asked the delivery man if he can leave it up stairs. He said: No we don't do that.
I was like, but I spoke with someone before that said you would do it and he said again NO. He ended up leaving the parcel on the first floor.
I live by my own in a house, being a female I can't carry those boxes up stairs, they were 2 guys they could have help but decided not to, so I don't know how I am gonna do now.
