Great variation of machines in a clean environment with friendly staff

Appointment for induction was made for a time and date suited for me. Jay the guy who took me for the induction was lovely and explained how all the different equipment works and what was where in the building.

All the staff are really friendly and straight to help if needed. All the equipment whole gym is clean and tidy

As a woman I felt a bit intimadated by the men in the Gym and thier wasn't a great amount of equipment to choicr from.

I've recently rejoined and absolutely love the place. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and the machines are kept extremely well. Love it here!

Excellent,clean, and towels and spray out to clean equipment, friendly approachable staff

Enjoyed workout/experience but no interaction with staff or help with workout regimes/excercises .Feeling of just left to own devices and if your first experience of going to gym you could feel lost.Maybe that’s the norm these days?

The gym is great and I like going here. Lots of equipment and the right facilities, even a cold shower which is a nice addition as well as sauna and large changing rooms. Staff are always lovely and approachable too, as well as maintaining good hygiene with thorough cleaning especially at the moment! The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is there are a number of middle aged men who like to give unsolicited advice, which also happens to be false/ill informed most of the time. My girlfriend has had this happen to her a couple of times too when doing Glute exercises which made her feel really uncomfortable so she left. Clearly the man had been watching her sometime to see her form which made her feel like he was staring at her legs and bum. Not a great position for a young female to be in, and I wasn’t there at the time to step in. Not sure how stuff can stop this but maybe some signage/talks with gym members who they know do this sort of thing. There are rule boards up around, not sure how many members read them but maybe an email billeting with this in could be of value?
