Hello! Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in XXXX, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

Gym is actually quite alright BUT…..
Gym is actually quite alright.
Few minor issues however:
The sauna absolutely stinks, its unbearable at times. Surely this is a quick fix!
Also, do you guys just pay for a false router? That wifi definitely doesnt work on purpose, we get absolutely no signal at all in there, its like walking into a world war bunker!

Great gym for the size
Great gym for the size, equipment is sufficient! hip thrust machine would be great if possible in Aintree. Showers are good benefit to the gym but the smell from them is awful most days.

Nearest jd gym to mine is not 24hours as a person who gym quite late, I have to drive miles to get to a jd gym which is 24hours you would expect every jd gym to be 24hours now I have to rethink my subscription cause it’s not beneficial for me

Great Gym … could be the best in the area !!
Friendly, clean and great atmosphere. Staff are always very welcoming with smiles and advice if needed and busy with cleaning / maintaining the gym.
I have multigym membership and use other JD Gyms, please refurb this gym like all the others in the area and it would compliment all the hard work the staff and members deserve.

Entering and exiting through the turnstile can be a bit hit and miss.
Some of the machines are worn, especially on the setting pins.
Lights in the changing room make it hard to see the digits on your padlock.
If you need glasses it becomes very hard to see the digits if you’ve left the glasses in the locker.
I have to carry a pair with me now and hang them on the lock whilst getting a shower. (Probably something that only affects the older people) but it was an older guy who suggested leaving a pair on the lock after he lent me his to open my locker.
Other than that a good value for money gym.

First time at this gym
First time at this gym, and I really enjoyed it. It’s spacious with plenty of room to workout. I asked a member of staff to show me round and he was polite, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this gym.
