I had an induction today with Matt who was asked me what I’d like advise on, he was so helpful and patient and demonstrated all the machines he advised for the areas I want to work on, Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient. A lovely young man

Always plenty of machines to get on and never a wait just need to provide blue roll or tissue when your are hot instead of bringing your own towel that would be helpful.

Longer opening hours
Most of equipment ok. Would prefer gym to open 24 hours as would make it more convenient. The JD assistants are very helpful.

They are scammers take advantage of the fact you can not remove your bank details from the account and they never let you cancel your membership i have been still gettin charged to this day even after trying to cancel my membership for 3 months.!!!

1st time ever in a gym. Excellent
30 minute induction with Matt in the Aintree gym was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions, & was on hand for any further queries.
The gym itself is very clean, with a large array of machines to work with. For a 1st time user of a public gym I was a little hesitant to initially sign up, but I'm glad that I did, & will endeavour to go at least 3 times a week.

Only one smith machine
Only one smith machine. No swiss balls. Also nothing for standing calf raises. Apart from that the gym is ok, if it’s not too busy. The male changing rooms could do with some maintenance etc

Air conditioning was working well. Machines were available and not out of order. Showers were not too hot. Great improvements made
