Really good gym , with very good variety of equipment and nice staff

Massive car park yet lights haven't been working for the last 3 years in car park. So unsafe can hardly see anything when getting out of car and a woman on her own doesn't feel safe in the dark! C'mon JD's sort it out!
Nevemind woman I can't see a thing having to use a torch from my mobile which isn't enough.

Hi All,
As a matter on emegerncy can we please makse sure the Sauna Room is clean every day in evening when the busy time strats which is 4.30 till 7?
Its smells so bad that you can even stay in for 10mins. Everyone in the gym talk abouth the bad smell in Sauna & now most of people stopped using it because no one cleans it.
I've already asked few times to memebr of staff now but no one have done anything about it.
As per the rule it shoulb be spray shower every few hours so its clean an hygienic in Sauna room.
Can someone please take an action on this with feedback to myself as a matter of urgency?

The space is great, easy to get in and out and it feels chilled out even when busy. Main gripe is that a few of the machines are pretty old and some even squeak. But overall I really like it

Too busy. Was expecting it to be bigger. Gym is good but way too busy and waiting around to use the equipment.

Clean gym with lots of equipment and friendly staff

Nice, clean gym, good equipment variety and plenty of each machine. Best changing rooms I’ve ever seen in a gym……hair dryers!!!!

Very polite and helpful staff.very clean gym with lots of great machines and weights. Also at last a gym where they play good music to train to. Definitely going to carry on coming to this gym

Only moved to to JD gym a week ago. Plenty of equipment, friendly.
Some of the exercise machines are dated, three out of order, needs updating.
Fills my needs at the moment

First went in and it seemed nice and clean but when I went to use the dumbbells they were all over the place, miss matched and just dumped anywhere in the rack. People were taking 3 different weights at a time and not letting other people use them. Some of the machines were also worse for ware with a lot of them being out of order( probably doesn’t help that people slam the weights down on machines which breaks them) so you couldn’t get on what you wanted. Limited machines meant that people would always be on something that you wanted to be on so you wouldn’t be able to do your normal routine. All in all was just a bad first experience and I feel like the people there could use some gym discipline and respect.

Really enjoy this gym great value for money and very clean

I really like how easy it was to get set up and using my phone to get in and out the building just makes things easy. There is a whole variety of machines and equipment to use can be busy at peak times but won’t be waiting around for too long. I just think some machines could do with a more regular clean but overall very pleased.
You should give money off vouchers for people to get stuff from the vending machines might help sell stuff.

I would give it 5 stars if it had more classes on in the afternoons especially spin!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. There's lots of equipment, classes, and a separate gym for women. Gail who teaches Pilates is amazing, great class, and more than happy to help with questions. It was daunting going into the gym, and to the Pilates class, but there was nothing to be worried about at all.

I signed up due to an offer that was on social media, which was not apparently available and so paid full price. I went to my first class only to find it was cancelled, having gone out straight after work in the pouring rain, plus parking is quite tight.
