Training has become a pleasure!
JD Gyms Bromborough is an amazing place to train. H-u-g-e gym space, lots of machines, classes are brilliant. Staff are extremely proactive, manager Charlie is right on it, Simon and Ashleigh have both been a great help to me already. Can't praise this gym enough.

Really enjoying the classes at JD Gym
Really enjoying the classes at JD Gym, find it really friendly, but I would love to see Combat, Pump and Attack class's at 6 30am ad I can't do evening classes.

I have trained at a lot of gyms on the Wirral and JD is by far the best! It’s clean, friendly, loads of equipment and a great timetable with my favourite instructor Ashleigh. I am made up to see her back teaching on the wirral. Please can we have more Attack :)
