Loving my PT sessions at JD Gym - Llanishen. Vasco is fantastic. Each session is personalised & fun. The gym as a whole is great value with access to a whole range of classes. Super friendly staff. It's clean and the equipment is great. It has it all !

The absolute best gym! Friendliest staff, absolutely adore Sophie’s classes, Vasco (please never let him go to another gym ) is AMAZING!!!! Also, Raquel is the sweetest Pilates instructor and exceptionally skilled ! Five stars is simply not enough !

An excellent environment to train. Classes are expertly run and very motivational.

A great gym and classes are well run. Sophie who holds the Body Combat class is especially great and I always leave like I have had a good work out. 🙂

A great gym with lovely, welcoming and helpful staff members. Even during peak times, you are able to complete your workout. The facilities and are great for peoples needs, water taps are easily accessible. Glad I joined this gym.

JD gym is such a welcoming place, the staff are always friendly and the class instructors are amazing. The class are always a little bit different but very inclusive of all abilities

Brilliant facilities with a wide range of equipment and excellent class timetable. Friendly knowledgable staff. I've met some amazing people in this gym and would not switch gyms, it really has everything I need.

I have settled into jd Llanishen gym so well. The staff are so welcoming and friendly it has to be the best place I have ever joined, it has kept me motivated and focused on actually achieving a goal. I have started a journey with PT Vasco and I love it. He is so knowledgeable not only fitness but about the body and health shout out for Vasco. Only thing I can say is a downside is female changing rooms should have been better designed more toilets.

Very clean gym. Very friendly staff who are always around to help. Great atmosphere and top quality equipment which is well looked after. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Cardiff area

Been a member here now for 7 months and can honestly say its the best gym I have been to. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and I love the variety of all the different classes on offer and the fact you don't have to pre book you can just rock up! A special mention to Vasco who I use as a personal trainer and he is amazing at his job. He is very knowledgeable and very patient and caring and is also on hand 24/7 to answer any questions or just to give you a bit of a motivational boost 😊 the facility and equipment is of good quality and plenty of it! My only criticism would be they could do with more toilets in the female changing rooms!!
