The weights are always all over the gym, there isn’t enough of the equipment people use the most and the smells from the drains is often noticeable

All good apart from the male cleaner in…
All good apart from the male cleaner in the ladies changing rooms whilst ladies are in and out of the showers and trying to get change. Had to ask him to leave during the busy morning period, he had made us feel uncomfortable.. must have been the cleanest changing area ever..

Hello.
Keeping our changing rooms clean is a top priority and they need to be checked regularly in order to keep on top of tasks. Where possible a male cleaner will check the male changing rooms and vice versa, but there will be occasions where our male cleaner is not on shift, so a female cleaner will cover for them. This does also happen the other way around from time to time. They will announce themselves before entering or get another member of staff to enter ahead of them to make members aware however feel free to speak with the General Manager should you have any concerns.

Clean gym
Clean gym. Upstairs is a bit more quiet, which is nice for ladies. Very kind and helpful staff.
Would appreciate skipping ropes though.
