You say mask must be worn when walking between stations, I don't see this plus the treadmills & cross trainers are not a meter apart.

Myself and my husband have been trying to CANCEL this membership since April this year, received a standard email saying they would get back to us, still taking the payments at the end of July, so had to call the Bank and cancel the DD, and put in a claim to get the payments back, oh and BTW when I took the membership on it was the Off Peak at 9.99 but they are taking 19.99 each for me and my husband, absolutely shocking business practice, bad communication and trickery with the wording of their emails, first email correspondence was 'we are sorry you are Thinking about cancelling your membership' eh! No I'm not thinking about doing anything, I specifically told them I want to cancel 3 months ago, this is theft to continue to take payments, even the Bank said they are really bad just now, so a word of advise tell them on your email you are giving them 30 days notice to quit taking payments then call your bank and cancel the DD, then email them back to confirm you have actioned the DD cancelation.
Then find another gym if you decide to take it up again
The Cumbernauld gym is well equipped. There are plenty of cleaning stations to keep the equipment clean and sanitary
It's unfortunate that the women's area has been reduced, and there's no safe floor space to do floor exercise. Theres barely room for 2 people at the weight benches and trying to do anything like kettle bell swings or side lunges in any other space in the ladies area impedes on people coming in and out of the space. I'm put off using the main weight machine area as it is so dark. The area where the kettle bells and mats are is directly across from the cardio machines in the main gym so feels like you have an audience. It's also by the studio entrance so if there's classes on, you've got loads of people walking by you.
The cardio machine area has been increased meaning there's always plenty of free machines, but again this means almost no floor area for floor workouts.
The studio has equipment in it like skierg machines that can be used if there's no classes which is good.
I'll continue to use the gym but some of the changes with the takeover are disappointing
