Great gym and 24 hours
Love the gym and the staff are very friendly, especially Rihanna. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the showers. Have to keep them pressed so can’t really wash your hair ( especially if it’s long)

Rejoined after a long lay off
Rejoined after a long lay off. All changed using qd scan to get in which is a great idea. Staff pretty much helpful and the gym has everything needed for my workout. The price per month is excellent to at 21pounds per month, value for money.

I am full time member at Bannatyne and thought I would give you a try.
I am sorry but cleanliness is shocking for the amount of people using the gym and facilities. Never seen anyone cleaning, shower left in a mess, nobody popping in to check, the locker room the same. The gym floor in weights area is shocking, no weights put back, no staff actually there tidying up and looking out for customers. No air conditioning on, people sweating and the smell is ridiculous, I am sure prisons are in a better shape, this is what this place feels like.
Cable machines need attention, pulleys need to smooth on both sides and not getting resistance from one side.
The sauna nobody checks if clean too.
I am sorry but you asked for my honesty.

Need more machines
The gym is good, but could do with have a few more machines as it seem more focused on free weights than machines e.g. leg based exercise ones

It’s great but there’s only one of each machine and I feel like this isn’t enough for the amount of people who attend, especially at peak times!

Rude unhelpful staff , not returning phone calls, as for the gym itself it was overcrowded (however that may be partially due to the time I went). And found a definite “smell” in places

Excellent gym apart from Ibiza 98 on full volume.
A very well maintained and reasonably priced gym. There is usually free equipment and it's usually in good working order. Anytime it's out of order it's usually fixed quite quickly and it's understandable given the use it gets. Well lit and clean with a great selection of classes, 24hrs opening. I'd highly recommend the gym, a nice range of users. Old, young, fit and unfit (but getting there.)
The only reason I gave it a 3 star is the LOUD LOUD Ibiza 98 CD on loop. I'd say 90% of the users have headphones on. So why it has to be so loud is beyond me. I've got noise cancelling headphones, but the volume is shocking. Possible solutions. Turn it down to non ear bleeding level, have designated quiet times or a play list that doesn't just appeal to 16 year olds.
