Great gym with friendly staff
Would like to show some appreciation for Kassia, who was happy to give me first aid when I hurt my hand, she offered me some plasters and was kind enough to apply it to my wound.
So yeah big shout out to Kassia for being kind and approachable!

Really nice low lighting. Friendly staff and great equipment. Really great glute machine variety and many of the same machines. I would come back.

The staff here are very friendly…
The staff here are very friendly especially Zoe and Ize and dan, they make me feel so welcomed and help improve my confidence at the gym - when I had any problems dan always came and helped me. Zoe is an amazing PT, she helped me boost my knowledge on healthy eating and the importance of getting a correct form, I love this gym and would deffo recommend
