Very clean and tidy, I always see the staff working hard to keep it nice. Lovely, friendly staff members.

Great Gym with lots of variety
Great Gym with lots of variety, machines are great quality and gym staff is very friendly and approachable when in need of assistance,
My only wish is more resistance bands to be provided but otherwise would defo recommend

I’ve been going to JD in Enfield since the day they opened back in November 2025.
It is an amazing gym, I’ve been to every single gym in the area over the years and this one blows them all away completely. It’s always clean, tidy and the range of machines/equipment is ridiculously good for a commerical gym. Also being 24/7 and free parking right outside are huge positives.
Also, Dan always comes and says hello and takes an interest in how I am, what I’m
training that day etc which is really nice.

Fairly decent gym
Fairly decent gym. I wish they had more pro equipment (not technogym). Other than that, they have some gymleco and hammer strength which are some of my favourite brands of machines. One more back machine and leg press would be fantastic since they're always occupied.
Fairly clean (for a big gym). Gets packed massively from 6pm weekdays. Big plus for me is its 24/7.

I’ve been really impressed with JD Gyms Enfield.
The whole team, including the cleaning staff, clearly work hard to keep the gym running smoothly and looking its best around the clock.
The gym is clean, fresh, well equipped, and has a great atmosphere. As a regular, you start to recognise familiar faces and there is a genuine sense of community developing among members.
Like any gym, there are always a few people who leave weights out, drop litter, or don’t tidy up after themselves, but that’s a reflection of individual standards rather than the gym itself. The staff do an excellent job of staying on top of it all.
A great place to train, with a team that genuinely cares about the environment they provide. I’d happily recommend it and will continue to support it.
