Good experience
Dan made working out here very welcoming. The staff keeps everything tidy and clean and makes sure no one is messing about. Sauna is great too after work out and shower is cleaned every 30 minutes or so.

I have been training at the Enfield branch of JD gyms for a few months now and wow. I have been very impressed by the cleanliness of the gym area and changing and sauna area. Staff are visible cleaning, which is great to see as this is what made me move gyms previously. There’s also great customer service - staff are attentive and are ready to help. Great budget gym
Great budget gym, lots of equipment for your training needs. Sauna is a lovely touch for the price. What I would like JD gym to improve on is the hygiene in the toilet area to have automatic air fresheners and to keep on top of the soap dispenser not running out. Easily manageable I'm sure. Overall very happy with the facilities.

Jd Gym Enfield is a great gym which a lot of equipment sets, a decent size free weights area.
The staff that work here are lovely. Special shout out to Benise for always being super welcoming and friendly.
Would definitely recommend. The only downside would be that it gets really busy during peak times but a great gym otherwise.

Extremely disappointed with JD Gyms…
Extremely disappointed with JD Gyms Enfield.
The gym advertises itself as 24/7, yet the male changing room was locked very early with no warning. My car keys were inside, along with my clothes and personal belongings. Because of this, my car was left in the car park beyond the allowed time.
There was no staff member on site to assist. I called the phone number multiple times and no one answered. I walked around the entire gym, knocked on doors, and there was absolutely no response from anyone.
How can a 24/7 gym lock essential facilities like changing rooms and leave members with no support? At the very least, there should be one staff member available at all times. This is basic operational responsibility.
This situation caused unnecessary stress and potential financial loss. Completely unacceptable management.

Hello - We are a 24-hour gym in Enfield, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas). Please know announcements are made in the gym to make members aware when the changing rooms are due to close, however we value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our facilities.

The gym is sooo gorgeous
The gym is sooo gorgeous, the aesthetics alone is enough to make me attend the gym! I love the variety of machines, especially the ones for glutes! There’s soo many machines.
I always go quite early in the mornings and the changing rooms are quite neat and clean at that point. I love that there isn’t too many mirrors as I found this quite distracting at my previous gym! Love love love. (Enfield JD Gym)
