The women’s toilets have been out of order for nearly a week but people keep using them and they are backed up so the whole changing room smells of raw sewerage

Decent Gym That Needs Attention
The gym is decent and the vibe and ambience are nice. However Glasgow south branch is so crowded thus it needs extra attention. Too many machines are out of order so it’s hard to finish a workout without having to wait every now and then to get a spot.

There were various machines out of…
There were various machines out of order. Another machine was unable to be adjusted to my height as the pin was broken. The cross trainer was providing zero resistance even at level 30 and the gym instructor didn’t have the knowledge of how to fix this. The shower was cold for 60% of the time.

Our staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Glasgow south branch vending machine is a joke charged me 2 twice for dinks so I complained, I was told to come back after 3days and then show proof on my bank statement screen shot , like hat the Fook have I not got nothing better to do in my life, the staff couldn’t help

Seen a few fights in this gym
Now, literally seen some fella who aggressively head butted another male , and couldn't be controlled by management , not a safe environment to train in, then just literally seen the aggressor back in gym ! Won't be going here again .

Cold showers
It can be a good gym. There are good facilities, nice sauna in the ladies chaning room, and they started fixing the broken machines faster. But the showers are always cold unless two of them are working at the same time. It has been like this for two months and just now there is a hand written sign acknowledging the issue.

The gym was very untidy. The dumbbells were just dumped in no order meaning so much time was spent looking for what was needed e.g. 12kg in a 40kg space. The cables had no weight stickers on them which made it very hard to know what weight was being lifted.
Horrible atmosphere in the place. At peak time it was like an audition for love island. Not a vibe at all

Extremely Busy
It is over packed at all times, even working hours, as well as evening hardly get a chance to use equipment, and get a full work out without waiting around for someone to come off a equipment, I would give the gym and it equipment 5 stars but don't get the option to full take advantage of them

This gym has it all
This gym has it all. Sauna and cold shower a huge plus, aswell as the sled and track. Even has a tyre flip and hip thrust machine. Very clean, excellent layout, plenty of machines, barbells, free weights and dumbbells. More than one of most machines, chest press, lat pull down, multiple cable machines, a punch bag, leg press, calf raise, hamstring curl and leg extension so always a good chance of getting on a machine you desire
