The Beth & Jorge xfit experience
I have been going to the gym for around a year and half now. I find the best time to go is early as possible, so 6am starts for me but this means whether I'm in for weights or joining the great classes they have on offer, I can always get a good workout.
There are great PT's available, in particular Beth and Jorge, who take x-fit and spin classes. Both of them are brilliant, always have everything ready to go and clearly explain how to do each excerise so it doesn't matter if you're brand new or a regular. Their classes have now been a part of my weekly routine for over a year and thanks to their pushing and support through classes, I'm in the best shape I ever have been.

Great range of modern equipment for a reasonable price. Have been training with one of the PTs, Alex, and couldn’t be happier. He’s a top notch lad & very knowledgeable!
One thing that does let it down is other gym users (not reracking weights, wiping down etc) however it’s a commercial gym & only so much they can do to control that, so wouldn’t mark them down for that. Just need to make it a 24hour location!

Shower hygiene
Does the staff clean the showers? Because there are shorts hanging for several days in one of the showers.

Amazing gym!
Has such a lot of space, there is something for everyone and the classes are inclusive for all fitness levels. Staff and all friendly and Bethany is PT if you need help/confidence getting back into shape
