Fantastic facility. Wide range of equipment so your never left waiting around on equipment even at peak times. Club is kept clean and tidy with plenty of cleaning stations situated throughout the club. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of classes available everyday suitable for all fitness levels, class instructors are professionals and always giving you that extra push and encouragment when needed. Overall very pleased that a facility like this has opened up in Greenock.

Terrible service on Cancellation - NEVER AGAIN.
Cancelled well over a month ago for both mine and my wifes contract. Got charged today for my wifes despite cancelling well over a month ago. Tried phoning JD Gyms in Greenock to be told "I can't hear you" and "You are breaking up" despite me never having an issue with my phone at home ever before. Beware JD Gyms. They tell you you can cancel your contract at any time with 30 days notice required...but they will do all they can to get more money out of you; and then play dumb to get you off the phone.
This is a very good gym with a great range and volume of equipment in a great location in the city centre.
The biggest issue is the quality of the drinking water. A proper drinks fountain is needed with cold water, not just tap water which is barely cold in summer.
When it does get hot lack of air conditioning and the inability to open the majority of the windows makes it difficult to work out at times.
