Good facility to train in, all you need in there. Good monthly rate.
Not overly crowded as it is a large facility and equipment are well spaced out.
Can recommend for fitness and strength training.

Great gym and so much space for you to exercise friendly stuff very helpful
And i hope they leave the changing room 24/7 hours.

The A/C does not work and its very hot there.
Otherwise, it has plenty of equipment which is great and friendly staff.
It's very bleak inside. I feel so claustrophobic in the free weights section. I can't even breathe; there's no sunlight coming in. Last week, the humidity was at its peak, and the AC wasn't working at all. It stinks so bad.
There are no safety clips and hooks; people are nicking them for their ziplines, I guess. Only one V-handle is available, so you have to wait ages if the men are using it. I would say the gym is not suitable if you're in your mid-thirties, lol.

Great gym with sufficient equipment even for busy times.

I am yet to use any of the facilities however my first visit to gym was heartwarming. Lots of modern and first class facilities as well as a spacious environment for better conditioning. The only downside perhaps was that I did not see a gym instructor to assist me with the gym WiFi (if any)

Many cable strengthening machines are without carabiners and there is no way to attach the desired bars, it doesn't seem fair to me that the locker room is closed after 10 o'clock,

-Gym is always a mess in the evening
-Air con never works and gets so hot, feel like I’m going to overheat one day
-Smells really bad, probably due to bad ventilation
-Managers always in the office and never greet members
-Half of the cables have no hook for attachments
-Loads of underage kids training in groups so you have to wait for ages
-Vending machine is way too overpriced
-Mens lockers are always taken and no one padlocks them and are always broken
Gym has gone seriously down hill the past 6 months

Not enough machines stuff missing and always smells

The gym is a constant mess on open. Weights all over the floor, empty plastic bottles everywhere. You have to spend the first 10-15 minutes of a session trying to find weights. The men’s lockers are awful, half don’t work and the rest are locked at night by members who want to reserve the only working lockers the next day.
The men’s changing room is constantly smelling of sewage, and the cleaner empties the floor buckets in the sinks where you are meant to was hands. It’s unhygienic and revolting.
The equipment is old from the previous gym and machines break frequently and take a long time to fix. There aren’t enough free weights to go around, or adequately tidied for members to access.
The gym is about to go “24 hour” but isn’t adequately equipped as it is, and it looks like changing rooms will be locked between 10pm - 6am which partially voids the point of 24hour if people can’t use the toilet or showers!
PT Nicky does group sessions up against the rig, putting her equipment in the way of members working out causing major H&S hazards and preventing members accessing weights and other equipment (unless you want to climb over her clients).

Recently joined for the £10 month offer, the gym is local to me and use of the multi story car park is brilliant.
Wide range of machines and weights, staff have been friendly when I've needed help.
Only drag, and I'm aware this is small in the grand scheme; There's 1 toilet cubicle in the gents. Seemingly a small complaint but in an environment where vast numbers of men are consuming large amounts of protein, the 2 times I've even braved to look into the cubicle I'd wished I was accompanied by a priest.
Other than that, enjoying my time with JD gyms, I do shift work too so looking forward to the 24/7 opening times

Always feel relaxed when visiting gym, being an older very overweight female this is important to me.

brilliant also changing to 24 hours soon so even better

Good facilities and plenty of equipment. But annoying when the Insta crew set their film gear up but they soon get the hint.
