Absolutely perfect, I like it so much. Open 24/ 7 and if you need help always someone is there. Friendly staff and people, nice clean place and tidy.
Only what I missing in gym is guydin liflets for every type of work out plans on their machines to reach what ever you want. If you want to lose weight or increase Muscles or be strong and healthy.

Fantastic place, friendly, polite staff, great atmosphere, very very clean and tidy, makes going to the gym an absolute pleasure,South Leeds.

The gym is a nice and big gym half decent equipment. The problem is that I had a few problems over the last few months and had to cancel my direct debit which was due to come out in a 5 days so I was paid up till then but they have fully stopped my membership even though I’m paid up till another 5 days which is shocking. When I do get back on my feet il not be going back there

The rowing machines are really smooth and enjoyable to use, unlike other gyms where they have often been older and have had much more resistance. It is also really spacious with plenty of machines.

Gym is always overpacked. Long waits on machines. Sauna is filthy, stinks, no hygiene or cleanliness.

The one star is purely for the experience I had in the changing rooms. Whilst getting changed after having a shower, a female member of jd gyms staff casually walks in without any warning. Many other male users were undressed and paused for a moment and had to turn so their private parts were not in her direct line of vision. I know for some this may be a norm and not an issue but there are many who are not accustom to this. My wife was considering joining but after seeing this it made me question if the same would happen in the female changing rooms with a male member of staff walking in. After speaking to my wife she would not feel comfortable joining if there was a chance of a male staff member, without warning entering the changing rooms. I’m aware it was a Sunday and only one member of staff was on at that time (9pm ish) but sudden entry without warning and not notifying defeats the purpose of separate changing rooms. It would be interesting to see the reaction if a male casually walked into the female changing rooms. For people who still practice modesty, self-consciousness etc a better system needs to be put in place. A simple warning and time to get decent would have sufficed.

1, it was not a cleaner, it was an instructor.
2, there was NO announcing themself what so ever.
Stating your procedures in your reply that your staff should follow is what i am trying to get at. That if followed, there would be no issue because the gym users in the changing rooms would get a chance to get decent. Duh

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC GYM AND THE DESPERATE ROBBING MANAGEMENT!!

I started my membership at this filthy gym on 30th of July 2023… and first impression? WHAT LOADS OF BULLS THIS GYM WAS !! FILTHY… BROKEN UNUSABLE MACHINES EVERYWHERE… ! NO CLEANING STATIONS AT ALL WHERE YOU CAN PICK UP THE TISSUE AND WIPE THE BENCH OR MACHINE BEFORE USING IT!

WORST GYM I HAVE EVER VISITED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !! charging dirt £22.33 but THIS FILTH IS EXPANSIVE EVEN AT £22.99 a month !!!

So I decided straight away to cancel the membership but couldn’t be bothered as was too busy anyway !

So I joined OTHER REPUTABLE AND WAY BETTER GYM AND DECIDED TO STAET FROM 1st of AUGUST! Because my membership at this “NEGLECTED GYM” was due to end on 31st of July!

So finally I cancelled my membership at this FILTH on 24th of July (I still had my membership valid until 31st of July until my membership renewed and they take payment out on 31st of July for the month of august)

But guess what? THEY CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP STRAIGHT AWAY ON 24th of July!!! Regardless of what my actual renewal date was !! In my situation it was 31st of July!!!

Not like they destroyed me or killed me inside 🤣🤣BUT INAGIEN THE DESPERATION OF THE MANAGEMENT!!

Losing a member for them is a LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION!! THEY ARE SO DESPERATE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY THEY STOLE MY WEEK MEMBERSHIP AND SENT ME A MESSAGE TO RENEW THE MEMBERSHIP OR ACTIVE THE DIRCT DEBIT OR “I WOULD LOOSE MY ACCESS” which I actually did !

I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO USE THIS FILTHY GYM! It’s expensive even for FREE in my opinion!

And management is a robbing ring !!!

I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS FILTHY GYM (EVEN IF THEY PAY ME TO BE A MEMBER FORGET ME PAYING FOR IT) NOT BECAUSE THE GYM IS FILTH WITH BROKEN MACHINES BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS A CON RING!!

MY BANK HAD BEEN INFORMED FOR THE CHARGEBACK AS WELL! As I feel SCAMMED !!

Recently moved to this gym.
Lovely staff, nice tidy gym and can't wait to try some of the classes out!

It is really nice here and it is clean and it has everything I needed

Great gym, good clean gym, no fuss.

Not ventilate, no paper towels to clean machines, no soup in toilet always hot, smelly and overcrowded. And most annoying always disable parking spots blocked by cars without blue badges.

Love the gym it has an amazing range of equipment (weights, cardio, bikes, machines, boxing) which is all clean and all well kept. When I have gone it is never too busy so you can usually get on something. The locker rooms are nice with hairdryers, clean showers and a sauna. They have a great staff there and I really love training with my PT Seb who is a great guy and really focused which focuses me.

Gyms can be scary places but this is not one of those and I recommend it to people.

The only negative is the playlist is rubbish but that is the same for all gyms!

I started sign up to the wrong gym. It took 10 days or so for a reply to my cancellation request. This may have been because I didn't complete the sign up procedure. This didn't stop funds being removed from my account, though. Following that, I signed up to the correct gym and couldn't get in or out of the gate as the app wouldn't let me sign in.

I joined this gym just over a month ago now and I have been pleasantly surprised. The staff are very friendly and approachable, the cleanliness of the gym is outstanding and the variety of equipment is spectacular. I thoroughly enjoy the classes and the sauna is an added touch after a long workout. It’s been the best decision moving here and I feel like I’m achieving great results with my PT Seb who gives me the motivation and challenge to achieve great results.
