Great staff, very friendly, plenty of equipment, and a lot of people going to the gym. But the lady's gym area is a little small, they charge the same price as Rochdale, whereas Rochdale has a sauna,... See more

Feel confident attending the gym a lot more only because it’s out of town haha! The gym itself is lovely but the downside of it is the ladies area is very small, and lacks machines eg, treadmills, leg press etc we need more than two treadmills but that area in general is awfully small. I feel like the ladies area could have been bigger as a lot of equipments can be found in the mixed section which is mainly full with men, if it was to be extended or upgraded that would be amazing.

The gym and the onsite management are great-I feel I’m going to be happy at my new gym. However, my review would have been 5 star had 2x telephone enquiries been returned prior to my first visit. Despite this, I still progressed my membership… Please return telephone call enquiries-this is basic courtesy.

Upkeep of the gym is a joke never enough clips or accessories for the cables.
Cables themselves are ripped and not replaced causing uneven tension.
They used to have cleaning stations which was a good idea so people could properly wipe down before and after use which have now been removed.
Cleaners instead of waiting until people are done completing a set will get in the way and pull wires across the area your using.
Treadmills constantly broken or out of service.

I have been a member since it opened. The club has always been looked after well by the team. If ever there has been any problems they have sorted it out very efficiently. In recent months the atmosphere feels vack to the good old days. Keep up the good work Team Middleton. A kiss for the housekeeping because they work very hard x

Gym ok but I can't get into the Gym with the app I down loaded although my phone isn't a iPhone it is still a smart phone. I have to wait until some one comes and lets me in. It is now getting frustrating. I'm just told the Internet isn't very good.

Ridiculously slow wifi and bad reception for signal in the gym meaning getting in is an absolute nightmare and queues nearly out the door, dumbbells and plates left scattered all over the gym, reminds my why I left commercial gyms.

I was really enjoying the gym until I was approached by a man who told me he was using the piece of equipment that I was about to use, he was currently using a different piece of equipment and I was not aware I had to ask a man if I could use the equipment prior to use. Made to feel very uncomfortable, he would not have spoken to a man in the same way. The women only section is far too small if staff are not going to be on the gym floor showing a presence women will need to find a safer gym.
