Cancelling my gym membership asap, sick to the back teeth of attending this mediocre gym to be presented with men taking their tops off and recording themselves posing around various equipment, tell me how I’m supposed to hip thrust when a bunch of men are stood around doing gymnastics? With their tripod near the hip thrust machine, why place it there? I attended today and saw various, I assume, uni students setting up tripods in walk ways, people take the hip thrust bar and place it elsewhere, I go to the woman’s only section and many women use equipment and never put it back, no point informing the managers because nothing is ever done. I come to the gym to workout and unwind yet I leave more irritated, if you’re a uni student or apart of the gymnastic crew then you’ll enjoy this gym but if you actually want to workout then avoid! I have attended at all hours and it is constantly a pain to attend.

Surprisingly a lot of equipment needs tlc (water holders missing, grips missing or loose), not enough weights in the leg press area. another downside is RT QR code generator when you go in and out, hence you must spend more time on your phone, no PIN option available.
On the bright side it's spacious and wait time for equipment is close to none
Need more of 1-10kg dumbbells and variations of cable attachment
Good selection of kit but since it’s so overused most of the kit is a bit under the weather and feels so. Fair price.
Great gym with alot of equipment but really disappointing the changing rooms doesn't have 24 hour access, I train early morning or late in the evening so there always locked for me. You need a shower after training for two hours. There's also very limited locker storage available on the gym floor.
The gym in Nottingham has a small women's area which has two floor spaces in that limited space instead of more machines. To get to the women's section you can't use the back route as before but rather you have to traverse through the top floor and all the gym bodies n machines to get to the women's room in the back. When Exercise for less ran the same space- access was quicker via the back route and more comfortable for women, also they had more machines in the women's section. More women only classes would be great too.
On the plus point the assistant manager who helped me join was very helpful. Also I'm still grateful to have a gym which still has a women's only area, despite it being small.

It’s a big gym with lots of equipment. But some equipment is old and squeaky. Too many guys and they hog the machines so the time of day you go really matters. The weights on second floor haven’t been put back in a while.

First impressions of the gym were very positive. Good parking outside and well designed and equipped gym over 2 floors. Cleaning staff everywhere too!

Enjoyed it.like the ladies only gym which means you can work out without feeling comfortable

Too many benches, not enough chest machines, need more leg extensions and leg curl machines

Very good gym however some machines are broken and don’t look they will be fixed any time soon
Needs more variety of cable machine but every other facility is exceptional

Far too many students milling around on their phones instead of working out, ask to use a machine and told they were about to use it did a 6 mile run and the student was still sat on the machine using phone hadnt moved an inch, ridiculously frustrating as to why they get special discounts to sit around but the average Joe who wishes to train properly has to pay full whack.
Great place to get Fit nice and clean good atmosphere friendly Staff

I love working out at the gym , but for some reason they don't turn on the air conditioning at night and that's the only time I can train . Its absolutely piping hot in there at night especially in the hot weather that we are facing right now . And also you can't access the toilets as there locked up at night.

Would have been 5 stars as the equipment and timing being 247 is amazing ut lacking in customer service from the staff. Nobody is ever around to help people when they can not get in/out.
Pressed buzzer other day waited for 15min still nobody came to assist me. Staff need to be on floor to assist.
