B tec system can’t get in half the time your pt is a nob charging £30 a session and then saying I can’t train with my uncle who would show me what to do going to be leaving this gym and going to pure gym

I like this gym because It has woman only area too.

The gym is open 24/7 which is great. There's always personnel available on request for help. However, some of the equipment like the seat of the Pec fly machine, are wobbly, so that feels a little risky. Also, if members were diligent abut reracking weights, it would save everyone a lot of effort and time!

The most important thing is hygiene and there is no hygiene in this gym if you read this email don’t get back to me go buy some tissue and liquid to clean

Good location, nice staff. Like the fact that there is a ladies only room but could definitely be improved. Air con would be nice too.

Good gym, but being 24/7 I would like to be able to use the changing rooms 24/7, since I come at night, after 10 I believe they are closed.

Gym facilities are great. However, should say that their cancellation policy is similar to a fraud. They add 30 day notice period so that they can collect money for an extra month. If you cancel direct debit they add an admin charge on top of the normal membership fee.

I don’t like the flat benches you cannot adjust them

Jd gym they sell the idea of no contract and free to cancel your membership. The moment you cancel they restrict your access to the gym.
I cancelled my membership and there are more than 16 days in my account to access the gym. No I can’t access as I need to fill a form 30 days prior to me cancelling. Are you serious?!
Also to reach customer service BEST OF LUCK WITH THAT.

It would be great to hold inductions with the named trainers to show around the equipments. Classes are all advanced levels and the instructors do not tell what to do if you are a beginner. It is like figuring out everything by yourself. Moreover, some of the equipments are damaged and no one is there to be informed regarding this.

The changing rooms/showers need to be open earlier. I joined this gym as I knew it was 24hrs with changing rooms and showers, however I did not know that the changing rooms and showers do not open until 6am. This is my starting time for work so doesn't work very good for me.

All the things are great. The only negative point is that most of the times it is crowded.

Great that it’s 24/7 open
Great equipment although not everyone puts weights back (get that everywhere)
Great staff
The only bad thing is the showers (I don’t think the showers are good at all) they stay on for 2 minutes if that.
Last gym I sent supplies towels (David Lloyds)

The gym environment is nice, good equipments but some of it needs replacing or fixing. Unfortunately the membership is not really friendly. Also there is a gender bias e.g several rooms ment for female only but none for men only.
