Air condition doesn’t work for almost a week
It was like in sauna on Saturday and Sunday
Nobody cares but they still taking money for membership

One of the best gyms I’ve been too, lots of space inside to do workouts and a huge variety of workout machines

Poor customer services
Signed-up for JD Gyms membership before the new gym in Oldbury opened (Was scheduled to open in December 22). Due to some reasons, I changed my mind and cancelled the membership in November 2022, but even after cancellation, membership amount take from bank. Hard to speak to someone at Customer services.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES and POOR CO-ORDINATION BETWEEN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.
After many email exchanges and providing all the membership details company refused to pay the amount they took from my bank.
