Clean facility, top-notch equipment, friendly staff—my go-to gym for a great workout experience.

The staff was friendly the gym and equipment was amazing and im really glad I joined

Shrewsbury gym is 24/7 which means no excuse not to train. Plenty of equipment and on the rare occasion a machine breaks it is promptly fixed.

Online Experience was good, only issue I had was I don’t have a British bank account, had a friend rectify.
Gym is excellent with modern equipment and helpful staff

Lovely gym with great facilities, very clean. However very disappointed with the staff who I have dealt with - obnoxious and rude when trying to sort out my membership which I had clearly paid for but the app wasn’t working properly. Instead of just checking my number and allowing me into the gym to check it in the office on the system I had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes trying to change my password even though the app wasn’t working properly. It finally worked with the QR code but very poor customer experience. I can imagine this would likely deter a lot of new individuals.

Excellent variety of equipment. Lots of room to workout. Lifting area spot on. Extremely happy that I made the switch to JD.

The Manager very informative and kind. Wonderful first Pilates class. Excellent teacher.

This is JD's Shrewsbury.
Can never get on any equipment. Way too busy , even at 6am.
They have about 20 bikes that are never in use and not enough other equipment. Queuing to use equipment. It's just ridiculous.
I put in a fornal complaint about this last month.
They never even replied.
Customer service is zero.
Don't bother going unless your retired and have all day to wait for equipment.
Never anyone around to help.

The gym in Shrewsbury is inadequate, some of the chairs are shaking when you try to sit down and do work out. It needs repair. On my first day at the gym, there was no induction plan for me as a new member. Even if I had an idea about gym. Someone should have been there to help or show me how to use the gym.

Worth the money, app works well, equipment is good and at 0630 althought there's 60 odd people there, there's no real struggle to use anything. Changing facilities also good. Really happy with the place.

I joined so I could go for a workout before my shift at 7 , only to find out the changing rooms don’t even open until 6 , that was the only disappointment

very nice and tidy gym, equipment is very nice to use, dont have anything bad to say about the gym tbh

Prefer the changing rooms to be open a bit earlier than 6am
