Inviting friendly welcoming staff always see Craig who's genuinely interested in your progress. Never have to wait long to get on the equipment which is vast and plenty of. Nice atmosphere the classes provided are good changing rooms modern. Really enjoy going here I would recommend it.

Full of young lads running around like a play ground playing tig and messing around and the staff just let them and no one puts any equipment away but well equipped gym and one of the cleanest Iv been in

I am a lady of a certain age and going to the gym has never filled me with excitement but recognising the need to increase my fitness I decided to try Zumba. I was full of nerves my first session but I was really surprised how good it is. Deborah makes every session fun and the time flies by. The classes are very active and enjoyable and appear to be attended by a good range of abilities. My only gripe would be it would be great to have more than 3 classes a week…

Easily best gym in the area. Excellent equipment and great staff. Only downside is that there is no boxing bag, would be a great addition.

Gym is excellent and has all the equipment you need, the staff (especially craig) and members are all very kind and communicative. Would 100% reccomend this gym.

The equipment is top quality and the workers are extremely respectful. Amazing aroma in and around the gym. Managed incredibly and friendly workers.

Much preferred it before the refurbishment. Ever since its been terrible. Service is shocking, payments taken without any access to the gym, full of smackhead looking people most of the time . Spent 2 months trying to cancel membership. Overall a real let down, shouldve left the gym as it was.

I have recently joined this gym and the staff are very friendly and the gym is clean! The equipment is really good and has machines for everything! Friendly environment and feel relaxed there!

Very nice staff and manager, clean and tidy at all times, always on hand to help, well laid out easy to find what you need and friendly environment. Staff always eager to help especially the manager.

Been going to this gym now for 5 years and would be hard pushed to go anywhere else. The staff are soo friendly, helpful and encouraging. Its like a little family. Since the refurb the gym is another level.. with everything you could need.

Love this place the facilities are top tier and so are the staff 👌 😊
