Gym is well equipped and the staff are so helpful, especially Liam and Craig. Also special mention to Colin the cleaner he never stops unless if you ask him about football.

I love the classes at JD, especially Body Pump and Body Combat. All the instructors are great but Amanda and Cath deserve a special mention. 👌🏻

The new layout and setup of the gym is amazing. The staff - Craig, Colin, Reece, Abby and Liam are outstanding staff members and are a credit to JD Gyms. Their friendliness and helpfulness is second to none. Tried the Stockton South gym, but they have nothing on the Stockton North gym. Keep up the good work guys.

Spot on gym plenty of equipment to use keep at it and you do see improvements! theres always somone to help if your unsure and staff are polite. I wouldnt choose any other gym one of the best by far nice one jd!!!

Great gym
The equipment in the gym is kept to a great standard and the gym is always kept clean. The staff are really welcoming and constantly listen to what us as members feel needs some improvement. Great gym!

Fantastic gym
Fantastic gym. One of the best I've been to, friendly and extremely helpful staff especially Craig who was kind enough to show us around and show us how to use the equipment that we weren't familiar with. The classes are fabulous and love that they're included in your membership and also really handy that it's a 24 hour gym meaning if I work late I can still go rather than waiting for a day off work.

Zumba is back!
Went back in January after the refurb and was so pleased that Zumba is back on the schedule! Deborah is a great teacher and makes it a fun class but also high energy. Her two Zumba classes and the Step class make it worthwhile paying the increased fee
