Would be 5 stars however there is no mirror next to the cable machine which looks like it's been smashed n just has staples in the wood, and no trap machine like Blackpool JD however still a great gym that's just things that id like to see

Air conditioning?
Found the Air conditioning innefective. Coughing throughout the session. Spoke to staff about it.
Ladies toilets.. hand dryer not working. Made staff aware of it.

Great Gym
Great Gym, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there are personal trainers available for those that want extra support.
The Gym has a vast array of equipment to suit everybody's needs.

“Needs Improvement in Key Areas”
I’ve been going to JD Gym in Thornton Cleveleys, and overall, the experience could be much better. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work most of the time, which is frustrating when trying to follow workout plans or stream music. The door also often takes several attempts to scan my QR code before it lets me in.
Another issue is hygiene – there are no antibacterial wipes or sprays available to clean the equipment after use. This is really concerning, especially in a gym environment. On top of that, there’s no guidance or explanation on how to use the machines or equipment properly, which can be very confusing for beginners.
I hope these issues are addressed because the gym has potential, but it needs improvement in these areas.

Staff are friendly and helpful
Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of machines to use with a good variety. Altho can take a while for anything to be fixed. No sign of cleaning materials or hand gel. Especially now in the winter.

Excellent gym at cleveleys
Excellent gym at cleveleys. Fab equipment and lots of it .
Clean and tidy and not too warm. Only thing I'd say is ,I don't see any staff.

Our team in the gyms do tend to be non-stop so if you didn't see one of the grey JD Gyms tops buzzing around or in a class,, you can always press the green 'Press For Assistance' button near the entrance which will alert the staff on shift to come and assist you 😊

First day at the gym
Was made to feel at ease, as I was very nervous as never been before. Ian showed me very well the machines and how to use them correctly. I also joined in the Pilates class which was challenging but I enjoyed. Looking forward to my road to fitness challenge I have set for myself. Thank you for helping me x
