The gym has good facilities and lots of variety, down to the attachments for the machines and dumbbell weights. Staff are always helpful and welcoming.

Great value for a great gym
Took out a months membership on a special deal which I've used often before. No problem with setting up the membership and easy access to the facilities via their app. The changing / showering areas of the gym were quite tired and basic but equipment was very good, well maintained and always available even during busy periods. Also big shout out to the staff who are allways pleasant and really helpful.
Notwithstanding the caveats above it was absolutely tremendous vale for money as the price includes all classes too!

After moving up to Washington from down…
After moving up to Washington from down south what a refreshing change! Nice people and excellent gym. Equipment is in abundance, busy but not too busy, good atmosphere, changing rooms good, parking is easy, loads of room, it’s easily worth the money and I wholeheartedly recommend this gym. So far I am loving it !!!! Thanks JD gyms.

I go to the gym at Washington the staff are excellent Manager always says hello and the duty managers Joey & Robbie Are excellent very friendly helpful the gym is staffed by people who really want to help and support some of the clients speak to them and treat them like crap but they are rise above it and just wanted them to know they are appreciated
