Great gym can get a bit busy but most of the time it's spacious and nobody judges you

Lots of great equipment and it's very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would moan about is its incredibly warm in the main gym area

Was given enough information before joining was showed around the gym and and equipment was given chance to make my own choice of the plan which I want

Machines are great but gym could do with better fans towards the treadmills and a better water tap that is cold.

Best JD in Merseyside. Right on the money regarding the amount equipment and space to actually train and a really nice vibe about the place. Kept tidy and clean every time I've been in.

The gym has everything you need for a good workout. And as long as you go off peak times you should be able to use what you want with minimum wait times.

Well we're should I start ever since I've come to this gym the staff have had a problem with me because I antagonise their egos because of how I look and how strong I am and also because they know how good I am at martial arts. The manager here is vile and a psycho who formed a grudge with me because me and my friend refused to download the app to get in when it started because we didn't have phones. I even hurt his ego so much because he couldn't manipulate me and my friend to download it that he then used an excuse to come over and shout stop slamming the weights when we wasn't it's just because he knows we're stronger than him and was lifting the rack. He then took his grudge further because he is a psycho and then because he now knew my name he looked me up online and couldn't find me anywhere except for a charity boxing match I did seven years ago to put a show on and raise money for charity. Because of how the fight looked he decided to post online and also to a group for all the JD members to see and now I am pretty much famous because of it because he wanted to try and humiliate me onlineand to all the members as an attempt to destroy my reputation. Ever since then I have seen all the staff constantly looking at me laughing and having smirks on their face and also alot of the members int he gym it was pretty much obvious and the staff here have done this because they thought I wouldn't find out. And the jealousy of the staff is obvious because they know I'm good looking and stronger than all of them and I have an incredible natural physique and it's ironic they're not posting any of the other fights such as the person who lost who had cerebral palsy on the night it's just me ironically. And then also because they know I'm a truly gifted martial artist after they posted it they have now took their attention to me on the punch bag in the gym because they want me to keep looking bad to the members in their they keep coming over telling me to stop swinging the bag because they know I am better at fighting than them and I am faster than all of them and hit harder and they want to uphold me looking bad to all the members. They keep complaining about the bag hitting the wall so why put a bag near the wall in the first place morons! Have they not seen Mike tyson hit a punch bag the bag never remains still. so since they all want to make me look bad because I hurt their egos and they probably have never had a fight in their lives I challenge anyone of the staff to a fight infront of all the members and let's see who gets humiliated since they like to be cocky and do things like this behind my back. The gym should be closed down for how they treat members who threaten their egos because the trainers feel they have a reputation to uphold and don't like seeing a member in their making them look bad. so now after how the staff have been with me here I will never forgive them and I can honestly say they're all truly horrible people and anyone who says they're nice they're just putting their phony psychopathic mask on infront of you. And their arrogance is on full display by going up even further to 25 pound a month after ignoring reviews about constant complaints about the heat and even a woman passed out in the past
and I have been in there on June the 10th and it was 18 degrees outside then 20 and I walked in and they still had the heating on!! All the staff are just arrogant and think they can use power to corrupt. And the other recent guy who said the broken equipment gets fixed straight away is on cloud nine.
Since early June there has been a cable attachment broke and it took a month to fix that isn't fast at all and now charging 25 pound it should be all new equipment anyways, transfit will be laughing at this company since they're obviously trying to compete with them. Good luck because they're reviews are much better than yours for good reason since they know how to treat members with respect. They haven't refurbed the gym in five years since it opened and it was originally 15 pound a month and now lots of members will be leaving once the new kingsway is open and it is already too late now for these arrogant horrible staff to learn their lesson and to be honest I won't miss this gym whatsoever and the way the staff have treated me here I hope they all drop dead

Don’t put any personal items down for a second, don’t leave anything in the locker… it will be gone forever!
Lost property is none existent and they must throw every left item straight in the bin or take for themselves
