Delivery took over a week
Delivery took over a week. Incorrect box for a phone which states on the website comes fully boxed with everything. Receive a red phone and a pink box make no sense. Do not shop with them at all. Just making money. Manager Javed very rude and aggressive. First was ready to take items back after looking at my review on trust pilot calls me back aggressively saying we are not gone refund you no money and won’t take items back. AVOID AT ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We never mentioned that it ''comes fully boxed with everything''
It's clearly stated on our listing that it comes in generic box with charging plug and cable. Even after that we tried to accommodate you by sending red box with the red phone (iPhone 7) and grey box with grey phone (iPhone 6). Unfortunately we did not have brand new scratch less boxes (which were being demanded). We also offered anti burst cases for both phones as a goodwill gesture which was rejected. As the order was exactly as described in the listing and there was nothing wrong with the phones, we could not offer a refund.
