JD Sports is part of the JD group along with Size which becomes obvious when you have bought online from both Size and JD sports. Customer Service doesn't really exist from my experience. The little detail offered online about delivery times and tracking orders are just words and neither have delivered anywhere close to the 3-5 day window. Customer Service states that they will respond within 48 hours, that too appears to be just words after enquiring on day 6 or 7 as a to where your order might be. I have ordered from both companies and had the same, non existent response. I should add that payment happens very quickly of course.
An update on my order with JD after waiting over 10 days without response, they have now cancelled the order because they couldn't fullfil it. Jokers!
There are other retailers out there and my advice is avoid, you have been warned!

So happy with my Order. I ordered my Boyfriend an EA7 Tracksuit for £175.00. I have never been happier with a purchase and how smoothly the process was. I ordered it on a Sunday and within a couple of days the parcel was at my door in great condition. No Faults at all. Would recommend this company to anyone
