My product came in good condition and they would have gotten 5 stars if it came early but I can understand it's not their fault and it's normal for other stuff as well but if there is something that they can do to have it come more early that would be appreciated

Such a shame
Such a shame, went specifically to this store for what we wanted on holiday, stood waiting behind one customer whilst they were returning goods, 3 other staff around the tills completely ignored us for about 10 minutes, was very insulted, for the first time ever we just walked out without the goods and the store missed out, the only time on our holiday we thought the staff didn’t care at all, we’ll never be back!!

customer friendly staffs
I was attended to by a very polite and friendly staff at the Gran Via 2 outlet at Barcelona Spain . Despite the office having lots of people sametime, I did like the attention to details payed by the staffs .
