I love my puzzles, the tracking was good and I could keep an eye on when it would arrive. Tjey do take time and patience to put together
I plan on buying more.

Not received items as it says delivered fraud company

As with so many other reviews the tracking for my parcel showed as being delivered..but not to my address! I live in a remote area where the postman and couriers know us personally. I don't believe any parcel was ever posted and this company are actually scamming most customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

These puzzles aren’t like any other puzzle you can pick up at the store. Expertly made of real wood and pieces that are so unique, not to mention the secret pieces that filled my daughters heart with excitement, every time she found one.
This was one of her Christmas gifts, and she was over the moon, while putting it together. She’s in her mid 20’s so a regular run of the mill puzzle isn’t as fun for her, she uses puzzles and playing her musical instruments to unwind from her stressful job, and has already asked for another. So I know what I’ll be getting her for her birthday.
High quality, wooden, bright colors, clear pictures and a choice of challenge levels. This shop provides a variety of wonderful, well made products. Not your typical puzzle, and no more expensive than the boring ones you can find at the big box stores, or even at your local bookstores. Will definitely be buying more. Sorry no pics, she’s putting it together at her house. If able I will share the pictures when it’s done and she sends the pic to me. A+ in my book!

The delivery tracking indicated the puzzle was delivered. On closer examination of the tracking - it was delivered to the wrong address on the other side of the USA! I contacted support and did not receive a resolution-I requested they ship to my address or provide a refund. Their own documentation supports my case - my address was shown and the delivery address was shown. ☹️

It seems to be a theme on the reviews. It never arrived.
They were ordered a week before Black Friday as Christmas presents. It never arrived. They claim it to be deliverd and i must check with my post office!!!!!!!!!!! . I wrote to the customer support mail and they didn't answer.
I have requested a refund

I am still waiting for my puzzle, I wrote requesting information and they do not respond, when I try to track the shipment it appears that it has already been delivered to New York, that is not my address!!! Terrible service and absolutely no interest in solving the problem. Apparently I am not the only person who has the same problem. This company is a scam.

The pictures are amazing but it did not arrive till after needed ( due to postal strikes maybe) they were to be gifts which was good as if I had given them I would have been embarrassed at the size and quality. Laser burns on the Bee and Dragon, laser burns and a hole on Fox and broken piece on the Owl which is not repairable. Unable to contact anyone will not be ordering again

It never came. I waited almost a month. They said it arrived to the destination (my house) and it didn't. I wrote to the customer support mail and they didn't answer.
I hope they give me a solution or my money back

3 week delivery time missed Christmas entirely it will maje a lovely gift after the fact.

Was supposed to be there by Christmas, was a week late. Tiny tiny puzzle pieces much smaller than it looks online.

The idea is clever and one assumes that because of the price the product is impressive. But when it arrived it was in a little drawstring bag and was a lot smaller than I expected. This, combined with the exorbitant cost of posting , made it very expensive for what it is, and not substantial enough to give as a present von it's own, which had been the intention of purchasing it

I have not received my order but they have spent my money. the tracking number is NOT a valid tracking number. go to ericpuzzles if you want to shop. those orders came through just fine!

The puzzle size was smaller than expected but that just increased the challenge! I absolutely love the style, quality and vibrant colours of these puzzles. So fun🫶🏼

Total scam! Didn't receive the puzzles, tracking said they were delivered to an address in Colorado, I'm in Wisconsin. That's an impossible error in the shipping world! They simply took my money.

Item was delivered to California address when I live in Missouri. Never received it and customer service hasn't replied :/

My order, which I placed mid-Dec., never arrived. Apparently it was delivered to Republic, MO. I live in Nashville.
