The puzzel is wonderful! but I feel cheated 'cause I miss the box that apperars in the comercial.
You should put a warnig telling there is NOT a box included.

Send me what I ordered!! You have terrible business skills. Asking for a review for something you have NOT even delivered!!! Shooting yourself right in the foot!! I’m wondering if you ripped me off. Seems there are others in the same predicament. Please respond…

Realice mi pedido antes de Navidad y según la fecha de entrega era para antes de terminar el año, y ahora resulta que según el paquete ya fue entregado, ¿ a quién y en dónde? no se sabe eh mandado correo pidiendo una aclaración pero no recibo respuesta. Es una porquería de empresa. NO COMPREN.
It's a piece of crap!
I placed my order before Christmas and according to the delivery date was for before the end of the year, and now it turns out that according to the package has already been delivered, to whom and where? I do not know, I have sent mail asking for clarification but I receive no response. It is a crappy company. DO NOT BUY.

Do not order from these people. My puzzle has not arrived and tracking number is bogus, so disappointed.

I have mixed emotions about these. The designs are cool and cleverly done. The puzzle pieces are all different which makes it more interesting than normal puzzles. It was dleievered in good time. Missed Christmas but that was expected with the delays in shipping and customs.

Negatives - I wonder how long the pieces will last. Although the little bags are cute the ad had a box and was expecting similar. The size of the puzzle was smaller than expected.

Items not received although said delivered

My purchase NEVER arrived. Its a fraud. Unless you can explain what happened, I stay absolutely disapointed of you.

If I could leave zero stars - i would. The puzzles are not as they appear, they didn’t arrive in time. Nothing about this transaction was good. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!

Never received and won’t reply to emails. This is a scam.

Never received the 4 puzzles promised to arrive prior to Christmas. The only reply to my multiple emails was to say "check with your post office". Well, I DID and your shipping tracking number is BOGUS. Total scam!!!!

It says in the order that parcel had been delivered on 19th december. Nothing has been delivered...! Wrote a few mails as to understand what happened. Was told that an ''investigation'' had been started with delivery company. Until today, 9th of january, parcel hasn't been received and got no answer about what went wrong, or refund, or anything....

I order a Puzzle paid 40€ and it came in a bag, not even in a box. You can´t not tell that is a puzzle.
Not sure if all the pieces are in the bag. We will see.

I have not received the puzzle I bought on December 16th.

The puzzles itself are awesome. My mom loved it....said it's kind of hard to solve.....I told her that is good so you don't solve it in the first seating....

The only complain I got is that when I got it, for my surprise, there was no wooden box for it....It was on a silk kind of bag.....pretty bag though, but I would've love to have a box.....like on the ads....

You keep sending a request for evaluation and I'll keep giving it. The two puzzles ordered for a special Christmas present came AFTER Christmas and were nothing like I thought they would be. Small package, had no idea that they were the puzzles. Paid $40 total for them when that much could have bought several puzzles, maybe 4, of normal and good quality. Not happy with the order, will not order again.

Scam!
Ordered 2 puzzles on Dec 14. Never got them and in tracking them down their application show them as delivered.
My address and info is correct and the funds they collected were real but never got the product although they claim it was already delivered.

I ordered two puzzles somewhat reluctantly after reading other users' reviews. Despite everything, the package arrived in good condition after two weeks, as I expected knowing that it came from China.
It was a gift and the recipients where delighted. The pieces fit perfectly and they all look different, unlike traditional puzzles. In addition, the design is original and beautiful.
In summary, I am satisfied with the purchase. I may repeat with some other model.

My prefer tracking shows my puzzle went somewhere in Washington state. I live I TX , which the delivery address on the order showed. No response from customer service. Ericpuzzle is the same company. Total scam from China, not the US address they use.
