Package never arrived. I live in Colorado and asked for tracking. They claimed it was delivered. It was. To San Diego, CA. Not to Colorado. Terrible company. Don't waste your money.

Wow are these puzzles great. I bought the lion and bumble bee in size med about 110 small pieces. Colourful and sturdy pieces with unusual shapes. That's what drew me to them. Gave to my daughter who is a puzzle pro. She loved them. Quick to do, giving a break from the long 1000 pieces she generally does. She wants to frame them for display.
Very impressed with puzzles. Came in a beautiful cloth bag and was a pretty quick delivery.
Yay.

Do not buy! Like many others, I ordered this for Christmas gifts, and it never arrived. The tracking showed that it arrived in another city and when I emailed them, they said they'd open an investigation. After that, no responses or updates to my emails. Horrible!

The puzzles that I bought you were to give away and they have been delighted with them. They are beautiful!!!

Ordered December 18, hasn’t been shipped yet? Sent an email, but no response. If I don’t hear from them in a few days I will get my refund through PayPal.

Ordered as a Christmas gift and did not arrive. Package has now been delivered to a location NOT where I ordered it. Customer support suggested I check the post office, even though it was delivered several hours away from me. Horrible company, likely fraudulent based on other reviews. Don’t order anything from here, total scam.

I didn’t received nothing and when I check the tracking, it shows was done(delivered). Is sad because was supposed to have a happy and good moments with this company and now I don’t have the puzzle, I don’t have my money back and even an answer from my email.

I was hoping yo give it away for Christmas but i do not know anything about it although the price was less than 9€ and they charged double that amount on my card

Total scam, Never received the parcel! They say it has been delivered, but it never arrives

I ordered like eight puzzles. My name is Ryan Jones. Order the blueish purple octopus. And I don’t know what you guys sent in that bag but it definitely wasn’t an octopus it has bright yellow right green versus blue or flowers and stuff. I would like to get it corrected if possible because That was in one of the main puzzles I needed

Unfortunately - having a nice idea - the performance goes wrong. The picture of the first puzzle is pixeled, second (different picture) has the same cut...
Could be a lot better executed, its a pitty.

It arrived ar 28th Dec (UK). Not quite Christmas, but it did pleasantly surprise my partner, when I had left to spend new year at home. Packaging could have been better, as I noticed tiny crumbles besides the jigsaw pieces- realised some tiny corners have broken off. Not exactly quality product anymore.. It looks pretty, but is ever so tiny. I might ordered "small", but didn't expect such struggle to piece it together when pieces are so miniscule.

Terrible! terrible!I ordered the puzzle before Christmas as a gift, it hasn't arrived yet, but it seems to have arrived from parcel tracking to another place I don't know where. I asked for a refund.... I have not received a response. Then I read the reviews on Trustpilot!!! My God if I had read them sooner I would never have had my money stolen like this!!! By the way, I didn't know it came from China!!! A lesson I learned! Do not trust and do not buy from this company.

I waited a long time for the Puzzle and than when it came several pieces were broken - for doing it ready and several pieces broken it is not possible glue them and hang it on the wall.

The puzzle hasn't arrived yet, I paid and ordered the 18th of December and today it's the 8th of January. Some days ago, they provided me with the tracking number and told me that they sent the parcel (half month after m my order) , but the number doesn't work.

I have yet to receive my order which was purchased before Christmas. I’ve emailed customer service twice and still don’t have an answer

Scam!!!
I paid extra money to have the puzzle in 3-5 days and 2 weeks later received a mail telling that my packet just shipped from china

I never received my puzzles they were sent somewhere else. Nobody has responded to my requests for possible resolution. I want my money back now. Horrible experience.

I didn't receive my jigsaw as I was out and they wanted my bank details so they could redeliver.

Tracking says delivered but it was supposedly delivered to Australia! I live in Canada! Emailed the company to no avail. Would not recommend.
