Jeffpuzzle Reviews 

Very hard to write a review or fill in the review email when I’ve still not received my puzzle. It appears that I have been taken for a ride/ripped off as I can no longer track my order and I ordered almost a month ago!
Then I receive an email asking me to review the product! Total scam!
I wished I’d read all these reviews beforehand because it appears this is a common trend with most of the reviews!

The puzzle in general it is ok.. I think it's need more resolution in the picture. The package also need a box for shipping, because it's arrived with two broken pieces that I had to glued. And please include more animals.

I cannot recommend that you order from this company. The lead-time was very long and I was not notified that they would be coming from overseas. They arrived on 12/30 when I ordered them on 12/12 thus I can't use them for Christmas gifts. I was disappointed by quality of the product. The bags the puzzle comes is in super cheap and not very full There are small burned marks on one of the puzzles itself (marring its beauty), and you can tell that it was not well cut.

I agree with what others have said, the product was misrepresented in that I expected a nice box and a decent sized image of the puzzle. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it came in a bag with only a mini image.
In addition, this was suppose to arrive before Christmas, but it didn’t.
Not happy with the experience, but I have not even opened the bags yet.

I order December 9th and paid. I can’t get a correct tracking number for my order. The one that was provided to me shows the package was delivered in Chicago Illinois- I live in Florida and that was the shipping address that was provided. I have twice provided proof of payment. You keep asking for a payment voucher or transaction slip, which was never supplied to me. I feel like I have been scammed.

It arrive fast, looks nice love the detail pices with animal looking shapes! The wood smells like BBQ. 😂

I spent an extra 15 dollars on shipping to get it before Christmas. It never made it. Then i get a message with the tracking that my puzzles were delivered in the mailbox in Sacramento CA, which would be great if I lived there, but nope, I live in Lakeland FL. I replied to many emails with screen shots of the delivery mess up, and the late issue, and still haven't heard anything.

Ordered from Eric Puzzles off of instagram. I did a quick search on the brand, seemed ok. Boy am I disappointed, Eric puzzles s part of Jeff puzzles, didn’t know this was coming from overseas and I didn’t know that Jeff puzzles gets such awful reviews. Christmas present for a family order December 12th. Still not delivered. They are doing a review but, I’m not expecting much

I don't know why these people keep asking for feedback as I bought eric puzzles not Jeff puzzles Harry potter jin and yang a dragon and a wolf all wooden the dragon and wolf are good but they do not stay together as they don't lock in place the other 2 are perfect

On the advertisement the puzzles were shown in a box. They arrived in a bag (very nice and appealing but a bag) and since they are less protected this way, a few pieces had broken tips. Some parts are very delicate and thus fragile.
They were for gifts, so I have to make them to check if they are OK and if so, I place them in a box. I had to fix a few.
Otherwise, surprisingly difficult and interesting!
The quality of the picture could be improved too (it is pixelled).

The puzzle arrived in a couple of weeks. I was expecting a box but it came in a little velvet bag. That was ok. I would've liked a bigger image of the puzzle as a reference. Instead there is only a 2x2 little label with the photo on it
The puzzle itself is quite nice. Smaller than expected but really challenging and beautiful.

I ordered two puzzles on December 5th and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. It's now over 4 weeks later. Was this a scam?

Its a bit hard to write a review as i havent received my puzzle yet. I ordered it about 10 days before Xmas, as a gift. I knew it was going to be a risk getting it before christmas. Its now the 7th Jan, i havent got it yet. But i am getting lots of emails asking for a review, so here it is.

I placed the order to receive it before Three Kings Day, and according to the query regarding the shipping situation, it was sent on Jan0uary 4 2023 and we are on January 6, Three Kings Day, and i have not received it. It was a gift. Horrible situation.

Arrived late and in a pouch, not a box. Lovely puzzle, really enjoyed building it.

I haven’t received my order. Is it on its way?

Ordered for a Christmas present and never received it. It was delivered to some place in texas and customer service has not gotten back to me. 100% scam

Disappointed that the puzzles came in bags rather than in the boxes shown in advertisements - the very small attached pictures of the puzzles not helpful in actual assembly. Previous puzzles purchased through Amazon were in beautiful boxes with pictures which helped the assembly. Totally expected the same with the 5 new puzzles. Would not have ordered through this company - should have warning that “products not exactly as shown”!
