What went wrong ? REALLY !!! I have submitted a file against this company with the better business bureau this company should be shut down total scam artists. Ordered a puzzle so it could be here before Christmas and guess what it wasn't. Apparently it went to Calgary B.C when I live in Ontario ... imagine that.

Neither notice nor picture to mount the puzzle, even if it's for children...
Moreover, the delivery delay is inacceptable (3 weeks).
Very disapointed...

Received the puzzle on time and received shipping updates. Loved the purple bag and the puzzle looks beautiful, however, its very expensive for its size.

I ordered two puzzles , they took about 2 weeks to be delivered, but I was ok with it. Lots of delays in the mail system and cargo. But the quality was exceptional. My husband was even wowed and helped put my puzzle together. Definitely a great product!

Never received my puzzles for a Christmas gift. How can I get my money back?!

Look at the negative reviews. They are true. The only thing they are good at is taking your money. The puzzle comes from China, and is shipped the cheapest and slowest way possible. Perfect at effing you over, guilt free. If you're a former employee, you can write a review about a genuine buying or service experience you had with the business when not employed there. Your review shouldn't be about your working experience.
That's the positive reviews. See now? Basically lies about anything positive, to make them look good.

Tracking says item delivered on 31st December but still not received anything, looks like a scam

It is a beautiful puzzle! It was late arriving but finally came after Christmas.

Scam, never received the puzzles and never heard back from customer service... Stay away!

If I could do negative stars I would. Did not get order says it was delivered to New York. I live in Indiana customer support no response!!!!

The puzzles are awsome, very beautiful. We took 7 we didn't make them all but one one of them the small butterfly have only 66 pieces...

The puzzle is very nice, difficult, a big challenge but really amusing

I ordered a puzzle that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I allowed 10 days more (although I really didn't need it anymore as it was a gift) but after writing to the customer service I got told that the item was delivered and that's it that they couldn't do anything and to check with the courier. It really seems like a scam.

Never received the puzzles I ordered😖. According to the online tracking it was delivered, but I actually never received it. I am utterly disappointed. Very fishy, I would say....
