Quality T-shirt with back print too. Good to get licensed band T-shirts like I used to buy in the 80’s. Introduced my son to this web site so anticipate more purchases in the near future. Postage took a bit longer than hoped so missed his birthday.

I ordered a t-shirt on 11th January 2025 for a birthday gift on 21st January which never appeared. I emailed abouf 15 times and eventually got 4 replies promising delivery within 5-7 days. I was even promised a mystery gift worth £16 which wasn't sent either.
I gave up on 6th February 2025, cancelled my order and requested a refund. I did receive the refund within a few days but would not use this company again. They seem very disorganised and severely lacking in customer service.

Didn't receive the package, ordered in November for christmas, last contact with customer support on the 7th January, saying that my package will be sent soon, still haven't received an email or package or a response to the many emails I've sent since the 7th. Would not reccomend, very poor experience.

I ordered a gift for my husbands birthday four weeks ago. Still nothing. I have emailed asking for a refund. Nothing. I don't think this company is based in the UK. Don't buy from them it is a con.

Order has never arrived and jelly frog have not responded to any of my emails. Think must be a scam. I will keep emailing them and then officially report to trading standards. Would encourage everyone else reading the many bad experiences listed here to do the same.

Emailed numerous times and told a load of rubbish, e.g "lost in the post"

Then when you ask for a refund they go silent and stop replying

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM. They take your money, don’t send the goods then ignore your messages. Had to go through the bank to action a refund.

Service delays all the way through. Sporadic communication with reasons for delay and promises of sweeteners that never happen. Will never order again!

I ordered a mystery box on 22nd January.
I have received not update on the shipping of this parcel and no response to two of my emails requesting information. Very disappointed.

Read the other reviews, ordered 2 mystery boxes in October, finally delivered after they were ‘lost in the post. Waiting for stock, can’t be arsed’ excuses, every time promised free goodies as an apology.
Finally received a week before Christmas, missing both the birthdays they were meant for, but without the promised ‘extras’
Told these would come out in the new year when Xmas backlog is cleared - now not responding to emails, no goods (one of them the ‘free’ t shirt offered when spending over £35.
Will never buy from here again. Absolute non existent customer service.

My experience has been the same as most 1 star reviews that this company has received. I order a mystery box in December, it still hasn’t arrived.

After chasing them I was told on the 5th Jan that it would be shipping the following week, they have now stopped replying to my emails.

Shame as I think they are a legitimate company, just with a terrible purchasing team.

Just an update, but they are now ignoring all emails from me (from multiple addresses).

DO NOT ORDER. I’ve waiting almost 4 months for my mystery box as had A LOT of other people having the same issue. Emailed multiple times no reply. They have stole some many peoples money who were buying Xmas gifts

I've ordered from here before and left a good review, HOWEVER, after placing a second order on boxing day hoping it would be in time for valentines day, not only have I not received my order but I've emailed 4 times and not had a single reply. Really unhappy as I am a returning customer. I know delivery can take a while but to not reply to 4 emails is just extremely unprofessional. I will be emailing again to try and recover my payment before going to trading standards if my email is yet again not replied to. Really disappointed to be writing this as i actually was happy with the contents received from my first order.
Update , 14th March still nothing, no replies after several attempts to contact , no products received, no refund

Great quality material, thick, true to size. My son loves all the purchases from this shop. Got a free tshirt that cheered my son up for the entire day. Amazing deals amazing little business.

Here to rez an old thread as I've been doing my own research on this company.

My partner desperately wanted one of the varsity jackets they had in stock, and our anniversary is coming up, I ordered it a full month in advance so it would be here safe and sound. Ordered on the 8th January, no word by the 16th, so I emailed, they said to wait a few more days, then complete radio silence. I emailed again on the 23rd, 31st and 8th February. My order still says its confirmed but no updates in a calendar month since making the order?! You are unable to message their instagram or their facebook page, and they ignore any comments. Reddit has also provided screenshots to show that they are providing discount codes in response to positive reviews hence the disparity between these reviews. ( I have links but they are not allowed to be posted on reviews so just google "Reddit sleep token jelly frog" its the first result. )

This site is a complete crap shoot as to whether or not you get your merch, but it doesn't stop here friendos, oh no no. Jelly Frog was established, dissolved, attempted again under a different name called Nerd Monkey , and then relaunched as Jelly frog again.

More digging has also uncovered the following showing a Phillip Glossop being sentenced for counterfeit goods. (Again, google the below, first link)

So long story short, guys a scammer, sites are a scam and a complete crap shoot. Owners been sentenced for selling counterfeit stuff so probably not even legit in the first place. Avoid like the plague. I've raised a chargeback dispute with my bank today and we'll see how well it goes. I'll cross post this to any other thread I've seen regarding Jelly Frog and hope that it at least gives some folk some more context about whether or not to risk handing your precious sheckles over to them.

This is all publicly available information if you know how to google, so don't accuse me of doxxing.

Oh dear. After first enquiring about the lead time and being told straight away the mystery boxes take longer and would I like a refund, stupidly it seems I gave them the benefit of the doubt and opted to wait a bit longer.

Now they have t replied to my last 4 emails (over 4 weeks, I've not been spamming them!) the tracking says on its way 15 January but nothing else and no tracking number so I can get in touch with Royal mail. If they are a victim of their own success I'm sorry but they need to communicate with customers

Ordered an ACDC mystery box in NOVEMBER, still no confirmation of shipping or any correspondence from this company!!!!

Update: I have since heard from the company and been issued a refund, parcel was lost in transit! Just a shame it took so long to get a response if they could of reshipped instantly I would of accepted

Latest update! I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND, I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT 4 MONTHS AGO AND AGAIN I AM NOT GETTING ANY EMAIL REPLIES!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I ordered a Ghost mystery box for my friend's Christmas present which looked like an amazing deal (plus it said I'd get a free t-shirt). It seemed plausible enough since it was Black Friday and the website looked pretty legit. I had another look at the website in December though and it looked exactly the same! Mystery boxes reduced from £60 to £40 and you even get a free t-shirt if you order within the next 2 days (which now seems like such an obvious ploy to get people to order as fast as possible without checking reviews first).

I had a look through the trustpilot reviews and felt like such an idiot, but apparently the company is good at responding to emails? So I emailed them at the end of December and received no response. I even emailed them again at the beginning of February to just in case my email had been lost among the other many Christmas emails. Still no response.

So please ignore all the glowing reviews for this scam company. They'll take your money and run with it.

Ordered a Yungblood Mystery Box from this company on 4th December (see previous review). Still have not received it, they have completely stopped all contact, I've asked for a refund.... no contact. Yet, they are still advertising Yungblood Mystery Box.

Awful company, do NOT order from.

In December I received an email saying my order had been sent. When it didn’t arrive I emailed them asking where it was and I was told it hadn’t been sent.

In January I received weekly emails promising the order was being dispatched, it was finally shipped after four weeks of these emails.

The only reason I have given two stars and not one is that they replied quickly, despite the information they provided being completely wrong.
