Never received order.

Placed an order 6th of December. It was updated to shipped on the 13th of December. It says it was posted with Royal Mail Tracking. I've not received the item, I didn't receive a tracking number, and I've emailed their customer service twice and never had a reply.

Would give no stars!!

Ordered start of December , after a while assumed it wouldn't be here for Christamas , ok fine

After no update I emailed to be given the same drivel about mystery boxes only shipping monthly etc. several weeks later still no update. I had a payment plan in place for this so rightly so I blocked further payments until such times as I had an update

After yet another email giving the same story about shipping happening the first week in January , I was forced to reinstate my payment plan to allow them to send. So I did just that marked the dispute as resolved with my bank as was promised would be given shipping updates asap.

So now I can no longer claim a dispute with the bank , the entire payment plan has finished , I'm down £80 and no no replies to emails in the last several weeks

It is now the 7th of February. I habe been in touch with trading standards and will be going ahead with their complaints and fraudulent business policies as this is now either genuine incompetency or theft ?? Which one jelly frog ??

I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY FROM this company , instead go out and throw your money down the drain on the street as that's the only comparison I can now make

Awful service, awful unethical policies , downright theft and plain ignorance

Please do not give them the time of day.

Updating to say I posted this review 3 hours ago.....and 2 hours ago got a surprise reply from jelly frog stating will be sent out in 3 to 4 days, wonderful jelly frog but it took a scathing review for anyone to take any notice of the fact! Does not change the fact it's been over 2 months for an order and very little communication until forced.

My review stands.

2 Months without delivery

I made a purchase of a mystery box on December 6th, I am writing this review on February 6th. After 10days of no dispatch info, I emailed and received the following

The Mystery Box you purchased is the December edition. Boxes ship out in bulk monthly as shown on the listing on a different schedule to normal stock items.

These are due to start shipping out in the next 7-10 working days as planned so not much longer to wait!
We will send you tracking info when on the way.

As this was purchased in December it’s quite clear this is a Christmas gift, delivery could not be guaranteed when I asked that same day I received no reply.

January 5th emailed them to say I was still waiting. 6th I received the following:

Hi Luke
I totally understand, Mystery Boxes are a different animal to normal stock products as they are collated from several different official suppliers to make the box complete. Sometimes if one supplier is late with one element it prevents us posting the box out as it would not be the correct value and not have enough official items inside.
I can only apologise for the delay on this.
We can either refund the box or send it when all items are available to complete the box with a bonus gift worth £20 next week when the items are restocked.
Let me know whats best for you?

Was told that I would receive the tracking info when they received the items.

27th Jan: chased for an update. NO REPLY

IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WHOLE MONTHS SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER!!

My Order Was Never Shipped

Please be aware, I never received my order after 2 months.

Ordered on the 14th of December, as this was a busy period I waited until the new year to enquire why my order hadn't arrived which was the 5th of January.

I got an answer from Phil 3 hours after I sent my first email and was told it would be shipped with tracking that week. He was very polite and replied quickly. I didn't get any confirmation to say it was shipped, other than my apple wallet saying it was shipped. I didn't receive any sort of tracking information so I assumed it was an error and was shipped anyways. it was not.

On the 27th of Jan I reached out again, this time I got no reply at all. I had to request a dispute with my bank.

I've read reviews and seen some people get their orders, and some don't.

Great choice

They have a great choice of items, all competitively priced too. Delivery WAS pretty quick and cheap too compared to other sites selling the same items. Will definitely be buying from them again.

This company just seem to palm you off they replied to my review and said they've refunded me and they still havnt. They are a joke.

Amazing Customer Service

I ordered some shirts in late December. When I realized the order was not arriving, I contacted the support which immediately replied and gave me a tracking number. Happy with the quality of the product and service.

Great quality merch

I ordered quite a few band tees from Jelly Frog recently. They came well packaged, quickly and were all such a nice quality. They came with free gifts too which was a nice bonus. I'll be buying from them again!

No items received/no reply to refund request

Ordered 11/12/24. While I appreciated a delay over Christmas, I emailed customer service 2nd Jan for a tracking update and was told items would be shipped after 6th Jan. I have yet to receive items or a tracking update. I have emailed twice in the last week. I've requested a refund and the last two emails have gone un answered.
I'll be requesting a charge back from my bank this week.

AVOID. Very disappointed.

I ordered some acdc pj's for my wife…

I ordered some acdc pj's for my wife back on the 16th December and was told numerous times that it wouldn't be too much longer. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund and surprise surprise I have received any money back. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give no stars to this…

If I could give no stars to this company I would. Do NOT buy from here.

I ordered back in October 24. First email after a month Phil from customer service told me it would be shipped within 5-7 days. After another email I was ignored. I then sent another one from a different email to which he said that it had been sent and obviously got lost in the mail.

Since that last email on the 10th December 24 I’ve had no reply.

Asked for a refund and since no response I got one through my bank.

UPDATE- 10/4/25-
Phil has disputed with my bank saying the package was delivered Nov 3rd 2024. With the worst “proof” I’ve ever seen. No tracking number and no actual confirmation on the photo that it was delivered. At 12am?! Stay away from this company. If I could upload the “proof” he sent I would. 🤦🏻‍♀️

2 months of waiting for basically nothing

Its been almost 2 months since i ordered a radiohead shirt for my boyfriend xmas present. After exchanging emails with their supports they guaranteed 3 time that they would sent it this week. No surprise they didn’t do that. I sincerely don’t recommend this shop

No order, no update, no reply

Ordered on the 13th of December, the order showed immediately as "we’re getting it ready", but never seems to have shipped. I've had no update and radio silence from them despite emailing to ask what's going on.

Their website saying they aim to reply within 24 hours – I understand if that's not always possible, but it's hard to interpret a company taking my money, not sending me what I've ordered, and then just refusing to reply to me as anything other than a scam.
