Jenius Social was an extremely well organised staff event that served to teach new skills and share expertise while having fun. Our teams learnt how to make (and eat) healthy and nutritious cuisine from around the world, and therefore were able to take those skills away for themselves and also to teach others. The Jenius Team were very welcoming and could not do more for us to ensure that the event was a successful day. Thank you!

Excellent group activity and the food is delicious! The staff is just fantastic and we had a lot of fun, and then a brilliant meal. It was also very engaging, and the wine kept flowing. We all felt very comfortable and had a memorable time!

Jennifer and Chef were great and made for a wonderful experience. They both made the recipes super easy to follow and we loved how all the ingredients were pre-measured. Thanks again from all at Molecule2Medicine.

Our virtual teambuilding thai masterclass was a huge hit with our team of employees that took part....so much so that they are asking for another one to do it all over again! With lockdowns, staying at home and post New Years blues, this was a great way to connect with colleagues, have fund, and eat great restaurant-quality food. The delivery of all the ingredients the day before was so very much appreciated, and our chef Steve was simply excellent. Even those of us in the team with very basic cooking skills were raving about the delicious meals at the end. Thanks Jenius Social and we hope to work with you again!

We couldn’t have our usual office Christmas Party this year and so I was delighted to find Jenius Social online. I’ve had great feedback from our staff following our Virtual Christmas Cookery class. Without exception, everyone really enjoyed the afternoon and several people really surprised themselves at managing to knock out some brilliant food to eat too!

The anticipation started the previous day as we all received our boxes of every ingredient required, as well as other goodies, all seamlessly delivered to our own doorsteps and we were all excited to unpack everything in readiness for the next day’s party.

Jenius’s professional chefs guided us through the afternoon in a humorous fashion, giving instructions that were easy to follow and set the tone just right with the level of preparation our staff,“the chefs”, had to do during the afternoon, with it being neither too daunting nor too simplistic … just right! The portion sizes allowed for were generous, which was really appreciated by all!

Thank you so much for hosting the sessions last night and special thanks to both of the chefs too, who clearly knew what they were doing! Everyone enjoyed themselves, and we have received wonderful feedback from the staff. Well done!

Took part in a virtual team-building cookery experience in lockdown, and it was fantastic! The food was delivered to my door, our team connected on Zoom, then a chef led us through cooking three courses. They even included a cocktail to start, which was great social lubrication! It was fast & fun, and in the end we'd cooked delicious Vietnamese summer rolls, a lip-smackingly good Thai green curry (made with their custom curry paste) and coconut & chocolate truffles. I never knew I was such a good cook, ha! A really fab way to bring your team together - you'll learn chef tricks, laugh a lot and eat great food. What's not to love?

The experience started with the delivery carefully packaged box of ingredients which were used in the cocktail and dessert demonstrations, food games, and main cooking challenge. It was all conducted via a Zoom session, and the switching of camera angles during the demonstrations and use of virtual break-out rooms with team members all worked surprisingly well. The chefs were friendly and helpful, and all of the food was delicious, despite my basic cooking skills! Highly recommended experience.

As we couldn't do any team building activity in person, we tried Jenius Social's virtual team building cooking class and everyone in the team loved it. All the ingredients were delivered to each of us on the day and then we connected through Zoom for a live cooking class with a very friendly chef who guided us step by step to cook some delicious South Asian dishes, of which one of the best green curries I've ever eaten, with the curry paste prepared by Jenius' chef. We also did some group activities and rotated between different groups in order to allow us to connect with everyone which I found great. Highly recommend!

I took part in their virtual team building event earlier this week. It was excellent and well organised from the delivery of the ingredients on the day (pre-measured and a list of the recipes including step-by-step instructions) to having the meal together at the end while chatting to the other guys. We had a three course meal and there were some fun activities throughout the event. We also made a cocktail to start with which was a nice touch. The chef was great and talked us through the cooking process step by step, explaining everything and adding interesting and fun facts about the food and the ingredients. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We highly recommend Jenius Social. Sadly due to pandemic they are unable to offer their usual cookery school. So they are providing hot food takeaway and deliveries and also gourmet ready meals instead. We had the takeaway and the food was really tasty, generous sized portions, easy to order and friendly customer service :-)

I chose Jenius Social for my 60th Birthday Party because it is on the street I grew up on. Jennifer and her team were fantastic. We had a cookery class and family lunch for 15 guests followed by an evening party for 50 people. They went out of their way to do a Maltese themed class and lunch. The lunch was amazing - dishes cooked with refinement and elegance. The evening event was catered beautifully. All in all Jenius Social is a very special venue.

I had an "Authentic Thai" cooking class taught by James last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. I and trying to develop my cooking skills and some new types can be intimidating and complicated. Luckily James is very patient and understanding and helps you gain confidence, whilst giving you the benefit of his knowledge. It is amazing how much you can actually take in. It is helpful that you are paired up to work as a team and a nice little touch is that you get to enjoy the fruits of your labour at the end of the course with everybody else.

We went to Jenius Social for a work christmas party (mince pie making and dinner) and I was so impressed with everything - the food was delicious, the staff were attentive and the venue was great. Would highly recommend - thank you Jennifer and the team!

Such a great night out! The Jenius Social team is amazing! Friendly and professional. Prices are more than correct. We had a great time and food was delicious! I highly recommend it for a team outing and for some good fun!

Had a fantastic time learning how to cook Mexican food and can't recommend this place highly enough (especially as I learnt how to cut an onion properly!!!). Everything from the ambiance, knowledge, instruction, friendliness and of course, the food we cooked was brilliant and I had a thoroughly good time and will be going back! :-)

Thank you Fern and team for a really great evening at the Mexican class, it was a lot of fun and well put together.....and of course the food was delicious.

Amazing class, made me feel really at ease and such helpful tips and tricks. Lovely staff and it was quite a relaxed class which was great?

We had a Corporate Social event here and had a great time. The facilities and the staff were brilliant. We cooked various street food dishes and ate them of course!
The founder Jennifer Yong was really accommodating and flexible. I thoroughly recommend Jenius.

We hired the space in July for an intimate influencer event, that combined a cooking class, cooking demo by celebrity chef and then a three-course dinner across both the kitchen and dining spaces.

Jennifer and her team were brilliant from the off. At our first meeting, Jennifer offered her own expertise and recommendations whilst accomodating our very particular requests and we knew straight away the parnership would work. The team were on hand in the build up to and during the event and we absolutely couldn't have done it without them.

The event was a great success thanks to their seamless organisation, invaluable experience and super helpful nature. All of our guests commented on how great the space was and we'd love to host another event here in future.
