Jersey Mike's canceled their Veterans and Senior discounts. If Jersey Mike's is that cheap I'll find another sandwich shop.

My wife brought home two sandwiches for lunch from Jersey Mike’s yesterday. The bread on her sandwich was hard, seem to be a day old.
My chicken sandwich was very mediocre.
The last time we had sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s, we said we should go back cause they were so good.
Not sure what’s going on, but we’ll wait a year before we go back again.
My sandwiches were never delivered
My sandwiches were never delivered. I've reached out for now over 2 weeks! Not one response. The local restaurant isn't at fault but the delivery service. It's not right that they never reply back. And the store says to contact supportatjerseymikes.com. if I don't hear something by tomorrow I will be disputing this with my bank.
Too pricey
We went to Washington, mo location for the first time. Nothing outstanding, very pricey compared to other sandwich shops, very small selection of sandwich toppings. We won’t be back.
Jersey Mike if my preferred sub sandwich spot out of all sub shops. However I visited the one on Winchester in Tennessee. It started off t
This is strictly about that Jersey Mike on Winchester near Hackscross in Memphis, Tennessee. The first 10 or 15 visits the sandwiches were neatly made and full of flavor. Even the staff was pleasant. However, the last three visits at the Winchester location did not meet its usual qualities. The bread was so hard that it crumbled like tasteless crackers. Maybe thats what threw the taste of the entire sandwich off. I'm sure I will not be visiting this Jersey Mike's location any time soon.

Third time at a Jersey Mike’s and each experience is worse than the other. They have bad attitude, short staffed, prepare the order NOT as I asked. Not worth going.
Gluten free!!:)
Omg! Their gluten free hoagies are amazing!! And they prepare it separately with new gloves and lay down paper first!❤️
Giant black curly hair on my tuna sub
Giant black curly hair on my tuna sub. Disgusting!!
Horsham store is horrendous
Horsham store is horrendous. I don't understand why I can't include a photo but my sandwich was completely not edible because the guy in charge of punching the sandwiches went crazy and hit mine with an RKO 10 punch combo. Actually disgusting I wouldn't even eat it.
toaster strudels
The sandwich was so good, my balls flew all the way to my toaster in the kitchen, now my dog is eating them like strawberry toaster strudels.

Thoughts: I'm submitting this complaint again because it's been over a week and I haven't gotten confirmation or a reply from my initial complaint. I'd rather go to Jersey Mike's than complain on Trustpilot, Yelp or some other platform. Fwd: My issue was that my sandwich and bread were incorrect. I ordered a Chicken Philly Big Kahuna on wheat bread and received a Steak Philly Big Kahuna on white bread. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home so I decided to complain rather than drive back to this location. When I walked in, someone was bringing their sandwich back that was incorrect and being remade. When I walked to the counter, an employee handed me a sandwich bag that was intended for an awaiting customer. I told the employee my name and she handed me a bag with the wrong name on it. These employees are not paying attention. I'm not sure if the staff has been replaced recently but in the past, I've rarely had issues this severe at this location. Sent a complaint to this location's email twice but they never responded, so sending to Trust pilot.
Absolutely love Jersey Mike’s
Absolutely love Jersey Mike’s. It is my go to sub shop while traveling as I do not have one in my area. I have been to numerous locations in many states and have never had an issue. Staff has always been friendly and sub has always been amazing!

I have been buying my lunch regularly from the newish Jersey Mikes in Boiling Springs. At first it was great.
Now after several months they have lost my business. I always buy a Stickball - ham and salami. They make it with one thin slice of ham and one thin slice of salami. There is so little meat you can hardly taste it. And it has happened a few times. Firehouse will get my business now.
Good taste no longer outweighs bad business
I made an order on the app well before they closed. They took my order, confirmed and then canceled it 20 min after it should have been delivered which was about 1hr 15min after order was placed. Their customer service sucks. Im tired of hearing bs excuses and getting sh*t service. The taste of food is the only thing good about this place. Good taste no longer outweighs everything else they fail at. This sh*t business practices happens at multiple locations so its the company that this stems from. Five yrs from now they’ll be out of business if things stay like this. Ppl dont pay these high prices just for the food. We’re paying for a quality experience. Get it together.

I sent a message awhile back about my bad experience at Jersey Mike's in Modesto. We ordered two sandwiches with gluten free bread and the bread was very dry. The bread was like sawdust. I stated in the message that I did not expect a refund or anything. I believe that bread had to be several days old and I just wanted to make someone was aware of this. I got an automated message back that Jersey Mikes cares about its customers and someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. I have to question if Jersey Mike's is too busy to respond to the customers comments.

The lunch meat is so thin SHAME ON YOU JERSEY MIKE'S and scarce all you taste is the delicious bun. Don't care to pay 18$ for a sub roll. JERSEY MIKE'S CHARGES WAY TOO MUCH FOR THEIR SUBS.

Went back to a local JM after a two-year absence. Did not believe the how much the quality of their subs degraded. The bread was stale. Must have been out for a couple of days prior to use. The meat was just OK, other filling was a little stale.

Always Trying to Rip Off Customer by Charging for Bacon!
Whenever I order a sub that already includes bacon, the employees always try to charge for bacon - by entering it as a sub that does not include bacon.
I went in to the one in Dallas, PA and ordered what I called "a turkey bacon club" - I explained that it was probably item xxx on the menu that does include the bacon. After I left the store and got home, I now discovered a charge of $2.15 for bacon, When I called to complain, the "manager" said he remembered me (it had only been 15 minutes) and I definitely said menu item yyy, not xxx.
He conveniently ignored my context that saying 'turkey bacon club' or similar words was to emphasize that the order choice includes bacon. This "manager" was saying that I was supposed to indicate "no ham or cheese" or something like that, as though that were relevant. Somehow, that's an excuse to charge me more? My ordering less somehow puts me in a category where I pay more?
I replied that I specifically said words like "the turkey and bacon one" indicating that I was saying this so that the bacon was already included. He argued that he was just using my mention of item yyy, not xxx (I don't think so).
In any case, three points:
1. Did he not hear my point that it was to have the bacon included already in the price?
2. For people who rely partially on tips, how is this attitude of always looking for a way to charge more for bacon helpful to the employees' bottom lines ( tip income )?
3. This has already happened at least twice before in the last year.
I probably still will go back, but a) I will be more careful and b) probably will stop tipping entirely, at least for now.
