STALE BREAD

I'm a pretty regular customer and I have to order GF bread. Historically, it has been ok, but the last 2 times I've been(including today, 2/22/25) the bread has been awful. As in STALE. Either don't charge us $2.75 extra OR serve NON-STALE BREAD. What a rip-off. Didn't say anything the 1st time, but if it continues again I'm going to want my money back.

GREAT LUNCH

our subs were fabulous,my wife kept raiving how good her chicken cheesteak was,and my club supreme was outstanding. we sought out the mgr after we had eaten and told JUSTIN AND CREW what a great experience we had.theGROTON,CT SHOP IS THE BEST WE HAVE TRIED.

no bread?

stop by Friday night at 5 was told they had no bread, it was baking will be done in 20 mins, 40 mins later bread coming out if the oven. for a place that makes their own bread how do you run out?

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. I grew up in New Jersey and who are these people kidding. I asked for an Italian sub with no meat, just cheese. I asked for extra onion, lettuce and tomato. I received a tiny, bland bread roll with cheese,one thin slice of tomatoe on each side, zero lettuce. Two slices of green pepper? and pickled yellow peppers? In whose world is this an Italian sub? What imbecile could not figured an Italian sub, cheese only no meat. I even asked for extra lettuce and tomato and instead received none. I want a refund for this expensive garbage. I took a photo if anyone wants to see my so called sandwich.

AWFUL

Jersey Mikes's Subs, store 6055, 4655 Monticello Ave, Williamsburg VA 23180 has terrible customer service. We ordered online . A giant 14 and a regular 14 which are vegetarian sandwiches. The giant was ordered without mayonnaise. It was loaded with mayonnaise, That was bad enough. The regular was supposed to be vegetarian. It had some kind of meat on the sandwich. My wife has not eaten meat in 48 years. Then when we called to complain they said they could replace the sandwiches but instead of being delivered we would have to travel the 10 miles to pick up replacements. They blamed the delivery person for the mistake. The bag was sealed and had the proper order on the bag. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE when you make the mistake and then blame someone else for it. I have ordered many sandwiches from Jersey Mikes and never had an experience like this. Someone should do something about this place. Also we ordered both sandwiches with oil but there wasn't any oil on it. The bread was also very dry. Never had a sandwich from this company with stale bread.

Me and my husband went to try out Jersey mikes and subway is way better and it’s way to expensive and not worth it only thing that was good was customer service we won’t be going there again that’s for sure .and there Chicken gave my husband food poisoning 👎🏻

I have been purchasing sandwiches at…Jersy Mikes on 2150 California Ave Suite 112 Corona California

I have been purchasing sandwiches at least 2-3 time a month at the Jersy Mikes on 2150 California Ave Suite 112 Corona California for over 10 years. I usually order the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which is my favorite. Normally their sandwiches are very good and the staff are normally very nice and professional. I had a couple of issues over the past when I verbally gave them my order, at times, they were confused with what condiments I wanted on my sandwich, so I began coming in with a written document how I wanted the sandwich prepared.
On this day, I came in with 2 orders, one for me and the other for my wife. Hers was simple mini club sub with mayo, lettuce, tomato and add avocado and I wrote done what condiments to be added with no onions. The employee did not understand the “no onions” part so I had to explain in GREAT detail what that meant. They were totally confused with order written in simple English.
When the sandwiches came up, the club had no lettuce and tomato on it, instead, they came in a separate container. I gave up and asked for the manager, that was HUGE mistake. The General Manager “Jamie” came up already in a defensive posture. I gave her my wife’s written order and she explained because it was not in the order they understand, it confused them. So, after about 2-3 minutes explaining to her what I wanted, they finally came up with the correct sandwich. And they got my order wrong too. Please help me, this is a sandwich shop noel a rocket lab.
First, I am a 78-year-old retired senior and a Navy Viet Nam veteran (yes, I was wearing my Navy vet cap). As I was trying to explain the problem to JAMIE, she kept very rudely interrupting me continuously. As we spoke, she kept continuously cutting me off and refused to listen to what I was saying, even when I asked her to stop interrupting me and I was very calm all the while during my conversation with JAMIE. At times, she was so loud and rude the store employees were looking at her as well mas the customers in the store. Altogether, JAMIE was very nasty, rude, loud and had NO CUSTOMER CARE experience. I have never encountered anyone like her in a fast-food establishment before
I guess this store has a hard time hiring and keeping employees. Then unknown to me they promote a person like JAMIE with no or lack of customer experience to GM.
I am retired and if I had an employee like her when I managed people, I would have FIRED her on the spot. She is a terrible employee with a horrible attitude and has no business in front of customers. She is a disgrace to Jersey Mikes and I will never visit that store again. I will express my experience with my friend and try to discourage them from frequenting this store as long as JAMIE is employed there.

I would never order online again

I would never order online again, or later in the day. I got hard stale bread. They put whatever ingredients on it that they wanted. Not what was ordered. Then they don't answer their phone to fix the problem.

Cannot say I am impressed

First off, the staff are excellent. My issue is with online ordering. When you place a specialty order in advance (Gluten free). Its usually because you know its going to take a little extra effort and time. However, the online ordering will take your money and not even send the order to the store. So 1. you have to pay twice, 2. you're late for your appointment that the food was for.

Go back to Jersey !

Kind of like Subway, just as lousy. Overstaffed 5 or 6 boys doing nothing 1 girl working. That's a lot of staff for Lewisburg Pa. Sunbury Sub can handle a room full of people with a staff of 3. Slicing the meat for each order just slows things down. Meat too thin. Local shops are better. On average 3 dollars more for the regular sub. messy falls apart. No reason to go back.

Jersey Mike opened in Brantford and offered two for one lol. 21.00 for a sub is a joke nothing special about this sub. Was fresh that's about it but never again will I Pau 21.00 for a sub. And that's not including tax .
