Very poor service
After initially having a friendly experience choosing a ring from the showroom, we had issues finding a stone for a custom ring. We’d paid £100+ to find a stone, however we were shown stones that would not fit the ring design, and others with chips in them.
After months of searching we did not find anything and chose a different ring from the showroom that was ready to ship, it just needed resizing to a smaller size. Unfortunately, this was not a smooth process. We had issues with the resizing of the ring. It had been resized incorrectly, leaving it about a half size too big.
We got in contact to resolve, they asked us to send the ring back to check. We paid £10+ to have the ring sent back insured only to be told it was apparently the correct size. They offered us a resize but we’d have to pay for this again (at a half price rate of £45, however this is the price we’d paid the first time).
Considering the amount of money we had spent on the ring, and our time and money visiting from over 2hrs away, you’d expect this to be part of the service. Especially for a small company.
In the end we asked them to send it back so we could go to our local trusted jeweller. However, they sent the ring back without the original packaging that we had sent it in. It was in a flimsy black cardboard box, no bubble wrap and squished in a box that was too small for it. I was so upset and called them to send the original box back.
Our local (high-end) jeweller agreed the ring had been sized incorrectly due to the setting of the stones.
We would not recommend due to the service during and the after sale care.
We had planned to purchase our wedding bands from them, but we will not be doing so.

Hi Ellen, we’ve only just claimed our Trustpilot page so please forgive the delay in responding to your review.
We appreciate that you feel your experience was lacking with us. When you initially chose to stone source, we did let you know that the stone you wanted (an orange salt and pepper diamond) is not particularly common, and may take a while to source. Most of our customers view 2-6 stones during this process, and find something they love. We showed you in excess of 25 stones, and all apart from one were suitable. The one that wasn’t suitable looked perfect in the initial images, but later videos from our supplier showed a surface reaching inclusion that we weren’t happy with, and we let you know straight away. We pride ourselves on being honest with our customers, because we don’t want you to end up with something less than brilliant.
The £145 fee that you paid initially is our Custom Ring Design Service, and this fee is non-refundable, as it covers all the time our staff spend skilfully stone sourcing, and goes towards a CAD design.
At the time of your purchase, we offered the first resize at half price as standard, hence the £45 cost for your first resize. The ring measures i 1/2 on our industry standard measuring sticks, and we did double check this on more than one to ensure the sticks were correct as well.
Sizing a finger is a bit of an art, and various factors can influence the measurements on any given day. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible sizing experience during your showroom visit, and given that you feel you only need a half size smaller, this is absolutely within a highly acceptable range.
We have offered a resize down to size I at half price to you as a gesture of goodwill (£45 instead of £90), and we will honour this discount if you do choose to claim the resize later in the year instead.
We also immediately sent out new packaging for you as soon as you made us aware, and we can only apologise for that mistake.
We cannot speak to the other jeweller’s opinion, as we do not know them or their business. However, if you do ever wish to come back for wedding rings, we would be happy to welcome you and help you find something.
