We booked a flight only option with jets go as a large family group to Majorca at end of June 2022. I can honestly say that I t was great from start to finish. The flight times were great generous baggage allowance. The flight was through a chartered BA flight. The plane was lovely loads of leg room and staff were amazing even got free tea and snacks! Flight times were great too. I would highly recommend and I will be booking with them again..

Great holiday no delays. Hotel fab and just a few minutes walk from beach. Thoroughly recommend travelling with this company. Thank you.

From our original booking of this trip, to the parking for free in Belfast City Airport, ease of Bag Check-in, to prompt boarding onto a spacious British Airways jet and the same on return from Palma. All was perfect. We had some concerns with recent flight cancellations and long waits for baggage, with other companies and other airports. With this holiday, we experienced nothing but perfect timing, with no delays or waits. The free transfer to the Sol De Alcudia aparthotel in Alcudia as well as our stay in the hotel itself, was excellent. My wife and I had, an overall & wonderful 40th wedding anniversary trip and cannot praise this company highly enough. We cannot wait to book another trip.

Absolute chaos on arrival at Palma transfer documents clearly stated go to gate 2 and contact the Transunion office for the transfer details. After a frustrating 45 mins trying to find a representative it turned out the office is actually at gate 7 ! No staff no help at airport and the same experience at hotel my partner is a Celiac and we had no options for her so our half board was a waste of money and we had to eat out. Absolutely no assistance from staff or representative available

Very good customer service by a lady called Maria. She took me through the whole booking and explained how everything was.

Great holiday experience in particular being able to fly direct from our home town Inverness to Palma. JetsGoHolidays delivered on all aspects - only inconvenience was a 4.00am hotel pick-up on return for a 9.00am flight (we paid 100 euros for a private taxi!)

Holiday cancelled on 2 weeks notice by the company after already rebooking a year later than planned due to covid restrictions. Still no refund which was promised despite the holiday having been cancelled at the start of October 2021 (to put it into perspective, it is now day 1 of 2022). The whole situation has been handled terribly by the company and they are now ignoring all calls and emails. An absolute disgrace. I would firmly recommend going with ANY other travel company.

Jetsgo have been fabulous in the face of difficult times. I applaud their service!
They kept us up to date at all times with what was happening with our holiday. Sadly our holiday was cancelled but we recieved a full refund very quickly with no stress or fuss.

Due to continuing health issues and future surgery (and not COVID-19!) we had to decide if we should cancel our holiday in October this year.
It would mean losing our deposit, but I decided to contact Jets Go about change fees for the same date next year.
My enquiry was answered quickly and politely by a very helpful gentleman called Daniel.
For a small fee, per person, we are now booked to go away in October 2021, same dates and same costs as this year.
Extremely good service and very helpful staff - it makes a world of difference when you can do things with minimal effort.

Couldn't fault going from airport to airport or airport to hotel but a bit of confusion on way back coach driver had no idea which firm he was driving for and no names of people to be picked up apart from that all was good Campbell Dey

We booked to fly to majorca from Inverness on the first flight sent by Jetsgo from Inverness. The welcome at the airport was great, and the process of getting booked on and seated went smoothly. Our holiday in Majorca was really very good and my husband, me and and 2 children and my parents in law, had an amazing time.
It was great being able to fly from an airport that's 10 minutes from our house.
The staff were great and looked after us very well and you can tell they enjoy their job.
Would definitely book with jetsgo again, the process of booking and paying was really easy and straight forward. Thanks for a lovely experience and great holiday from the Holmes family.

I booked because the flight was from Inverness, which is good for us. It saves us two days and two nights accommodation if we went from Edinburgh. It was excellent from the start. The airport staff were very helpful and we were met on arrival and taken to our hotel which in our case was only a 20 minute run as we went to Palma Nova. The hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The food was excellent with a very wide choice and bottled wine which you could help yourself to when dining. All in all I could not fault the holiday and am looking forward to next year and doing the same. I would use Jets go holiday again and hope they will do more from Inverness. Thank you Jets go.

As I was on a return flight only I can only comment on that. Flight left on time and staff were helpful and friendly.

At long last a flight that flew from Inverness direct to our holiday destination rather than having to drive three hours to Glasgow, stay in an hotel overnight before the flight, and another three hours back after the holiday. This should have been done years ago. I suggest that new destinations are added so that we can visit a different sunny place next year.

So simple to book and friendly and efficient service. JetsGo Holidays does what it says on the tin.🤗

Very successful holiday and was great to fly from Inverness airport rather than have the dreaded 4hour journey. Boarding was quick transfers were great picked up for return journey was on time. Hotel itself was as expected. The only gripe was check in at palma on return was a bit of a wait with only 2 desks open although they did open a 3rd desk after 50 mins waiting. The staff were very helpful at palma. Would definitely book again.
