Excellent and friendly service. Went to a lot of trouble putting our holiday together for 12 people. Everything put in place for us and Nothing was a problem for Daniel. Thanks again.

Daniel is wonderful at his job and got us a fabulous family holiday he replyed to messages immediately and I received all documentation regarding our holiday straight away

Dan at JetsGoHolidays went above and beyond to find us a last minute holiday with our 2 children, aged 6y & 13m. He even worked outside of his working hr’s To find us the best possible deal. His quotes were cheaper than all other holiday retailers so we trusted he did actually give us the best deal! He knew a lot about the hotel he was recommending. His customer service and communication was outstanding! We had a brilliant holiday thanks to Dan. Will definitely be booking with Dan & JetsGoHolidays again in the future. Thank you so much 😊

Just back from our family holiday we booked everything through jetsgoholidays and it was Daniel we couldn't ask for a better service everything was fantastic from start to finish , we didn't have to wait on transfers or nothing def will be booking through here again.. thank you for your amazing help..

One negative point: on departure we were lifted 5 hours and 20 minutes before our flight was due to leave. We were told upon booking that our transfer was private and would only go to and fro our hotel only.. this was not the case. My two daughters both ended up getting sick and vomited for one and a half hours on the transfer bus due to the lack of air conditioning and we had to pull the bus over a few times. Causing a lot of distress for the other passengers and ourselves. The journey to airport in Mallorca took us 2.5 hours. Was so disappointed and we were even too early for check in as the desk wasn’t open. This took away from time we would have had to eat at our hotel before being collected had our transfer being private as informed to us upon booking.

Daniel who works for jets go was amazing to deal with in relation to our buggy going missing on transfer bus and organised it to be delivered to our hotel again so credit to him. Polite and helpful any time I dealt with him.

2 out of the 3 pools in our resort were closed for 2 days which took away from

Jets go holidays were a great help from the word go. No hassle booking, everything went like a dream and were always on hand to answer anything we needed to know. I will be booking all future holidays through them, in fact. I’m the process of booking the next 2 holidays now with them. Highly recommended.

Pleasure doing business with this company. All so helpful and nothing was a problem when I phoned them. All went without a hitch and we had a super holiday with the grandchildren to Majorca.

Was recommended the holiday by Jet's Go Holiday. They were fantastic with organising the whole Holiday and they understand my requirements due to my disabled son.

We had a fab hassle free holiday at Club Mac resort in Alcudia! From airport transfers to accommodation, meals and family entertainment we can not fault this. Would definitely book with JetsGo again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Daniel and the team were fantastic from the minute we booked our holiday, always getting back to my questions and queries. Must admit I was a bit dubious at first booking with jetsgo holidays having never used them before, I shouldn't have worried, our booking and holiday was amazing and we would definitely use them again. 5 stars jetsgo, thank you so much!

Just back from holiday on 18/07/17 and used jetgo for the first time, cheapest about and were always there when I needed a question answered here or abroad, would definitely recommen this company to anyone and will be using them next year again 👍

Just back from a great holiday in Mallorca all booked through Jets go Holidays. Fantastic Sevice and great communication from the start with Daniel. Any questions answered quickly and correspondence followed through. Prices couldn't be compared with any other agent they where a lot cheaper. Definitely will use this company again!

Jetsgo holidays are by far the best company iv ever travelled with. I had a nightmare start to the holiday with my 5 year old son not boarding the plane through fear of flying and had to be left with his dad and I flew out the following day joining my eldest son and my dad. They changed my dad's flight so he was travelling home with me, sorted the transfers and were genuinely concerned and sympathetic towards the situation. Kept in contact throughout the holiday with updates of the changes. I would honestly never use any other travel agents again. I would highly recommend using them. Thank you so much!!!

Booked my holiday this year with Jetsgo Holiday, and I can honestly say from the booking stage to coming home the service was fantastic. Daniel was happy to help with any concerns and always there anytime of the day / night. I would highly recommend Jets go Holiday .
