I emailed customer service to request a refund as I accidentally ordered and had not realized. Their response was prompt and efficient. My refund was credited to my account within 24 hours.

I placed an order on May 24th with no confirmation email to check order details since no summary was provided on ordering. The money was pulled today and after finally getting ahold of someone to cancel they tell me it will be more money and they can’t stop the order even though they have no tracking details. Very disappointed in this company and that is not how to do business.

I should have looked at the reviews prior to even adding a nozzle to my cart. I was curious to find out the shipping cost and carefully clicked NO to all five items that they tried to upsell me. At no point did I see the shipping fee and the next screen was a confirmation of order with an email that I no longer use. I was charger for two extra nozzles and a warranty I did not agree to and also the cost was in USD. I immediately contacted customer support and they responded very quickly. I had three different communication with customer support to express my desire and was confident they got the message. Until this morning when I received an email saying my order had shipped. Now customer support will not respond to me. If this company cares at all about their reviews they should respond and respect customer wishes and be transparent. I guarantee all positive reviews are from robots.

Easy and good clear explanations for main and extras. Following my testing of the stuff I’ll expect to order more for my Families cars and certainly also a stock of those wipes if they are as good as you say.

Ordered a nozzle almost 3 weeks ago was told it would arrive in 12 days then I find out it’s basically a scam on the actual water pressure output by reading reviews

I would hit Zero stars if I could. These people are criminals. They gave this great story about an Australian product so you think you are ordering from within Australia so the prices will be Australian $. They are actually US $ so you pay a lot more. Supposedly 5-9 shipping days. A month later they have told me it was delivered but it was NOT. I was at the Post Office today and it is not there. Absolute liars.

But no thanks button to special offers is hard to find on your phone a bit sneaky and diminishes brand value before even receive the product. Despite this bought 6 most as gifts on two for the house and garage!
